Subway — Restaurant in North Carolina

I placed an order on the app on 08/06/2023 at 12:16 then drove to the store. I sent my nephew in to pick it up about ten minutes after placing the order. He was in there for twenty minutes before I finally decided to go in. Right when I stood beside him the girl working said “what was the name for your order?” And he just replied with my name. THEN she acted like she was starting to make it by just pulling the bread out. So I said “he’s been in here twenty minutes.” She replied “I’m the only one working.” I clearly saw somebody in the back. So then I said “and you’re just letting people walk in right in front of him and taking care of them first.” She didn’t have a response. She instead finished whoever’s she was working on and then did ours and wouldn’t say another word to me. When I was sitting in the car, I watched multiple people walk in that were no longer in there. So she decided to handle them instead of making ours. It was clear that she didn’t make ours because she didn’t respect my nephew due to the fact that he’s a teenager. The second I (an adult) walked in and stood next to him, she started helping us. Had I walked in sooner, we would have been done sooner. After we left, I noticed she didn’t give me a receipt because she knew I would do the survey. Also, after we left, I asked my nephew what went on. He said he walked in and waited near the pick up stand cause he assumed she was working on ours. She, not once, acknowledged him. She didn’t say a single word to him until...

Today 4/11/25 I was in this location around 11:30 AM. I was sitting at a table eating my food when a black lady and a child walked in to order. There were two young white girls working. One girl had a backwards hat on and facial piercings. The other girl had brown hair in a pony tail. The girl with the backwards hat was behind the wall out of sight but still talking to the other girl with the pony tail. The girl with the pony tail was right behind the counter cleaning something with her back to the counter. The black lady and her child stood there for probably 5 minutes waiting to order while being ignored. Neither employee acknowledged the customer until the customer very politely said "excuse me, are y'all open." The girl with pony tail rudely turned around and said "I'm doing something but I'll be with you when I'm done." She continued to ignore the customer and went back to talking to her coworker with the backwards hat. The black lady and her daughter waited a few minutes more then they walked out without ordering. After they left, the girl with the pony tail who was cleaning noticed they left and both employees started laughing and saying "good bye have a nice day, I wish I had known y'all were leaving, I would have told you that." This is beyond rude and unacceptable and needs to be corrected...

It was Monday August 14th I went to the subway in my neighborhood and I ordered a tuna sub. There were three employees the,re two women and one man who looks very young and was a little nervous like it was his birthday on the job. they left him alone to make my stuff and he was having trouble putting it together it wasn't put together in the usual fashion one would expect a sub when you order it it was kind of slapped together he stopped his stuff in there and kept falling out of the roll when he went to roll it up it all came out some of it went on the counter. when the two women came out and he asked him for help initially they ignored him until I asked one of them to help him she grabs the stuff slaps it on the counter more stuff comes out all over the counter and attempt to stuff it in she says I can't do this fix it up and flips it over to the other woman who attempts to stuff it again all right picking stuff up off the counter because a lot of it came off the paper.
