At 11:20 am, I excitedly parked with 2 cars in the drive thru line and one person inside waiting ready to be in and out for once. Over the course of 15 minutes of waiting for my 3-pc meal, I watched bag after bag head to the drive thru. Probably 10-15 bags went to the drive thru! I asked the person ahead of me how long they were here and she said about 5 minutes longer than me.
I decided to speak up and ask where our food was. This is when the manager immediately asked if I wanted a refund. I said no, I wanted my food and explained the obvious fact that we kept watching bags go to the drive thru. I said this happens all the time at this Taco Bell. Manager then commented that they only had 2 people and other excuses but then said, “Just don’t come anymore.” I appreciate the respect and great customer service. So, I’ll follow his instructions.
Within 3 minutes the person ahead of me and I received our food.
-original comment- The Murrayville, NC location makes me wish I wish I didn’t like Taco Bell so much. They’re going downhill. May sound piddly, but they have a hard time giving you the number of sauces you ask for aka what’s on their screen. Today, I may have figured out the trick. After ordering and they hand you your order with “10 hot sauces”, ask for another bag of extra sauce. #boom
What got my visit off to a bad start was I pull up and try to enter the building (because of the drive thru window sauce debacle) and tugged on each locked, unmarked door. Meanwhile, giving people time to get in front of me at the drive thru line, grrr. Asked Alanah to put a sign on their doors.

Read moreOver the course of several months and several orders placed, something has either been missing, something wrong with a item, several items or we've received an order that was not even ours. Everytime we visit, we chalk the previous mishap up to them having a rough day which is understandable. I have been going to this Taco Bell since 2017 and it used to be on point everytime. Now, I do not considered it a viable option for a good take out experience. I write this review as a result of of many unsatisfactory visits to this location and hope one day these mishaps are rectified. Between having to use the app and a cashier to complete an order of everything I want, then having to go back to have something corrected and the lax mentality of the staff at times makes it more of a hassel than its worth to eat here. This Taco Bell used to be my number one and now I simply have no desire for it due to amount of hassel it has become. What I do not understand is why do I have to order a quesorito on the app, despite standing in front of a cashier. Especially when my quesorito is coming out of the same kitchen literally behind the cashier. Read moreYall stay away from here for awhile. This place is a mess. Definitely need a new more friendly manager! We ordered and got to the window was only handed one taco an told to have a nice day and the window was shut! We sat there like, we have more than that. The women opened just stared at us and then what I am sure was the manager asked can I help you in a not friendly tone. We were explaining we were only given one taco and he continued to quote back a order that wasn't ours to which we tried to explain we were only given one taco and our two meals were missing. With attitude the window was shut and a min later they handed out our meal to us. We checked and still were missing two tacos. So we went inside bc the unfriendly attitude we got, to get what we ordered in the first place. So he turns and was gna ask for someone to make them and said forget it I will get it myself. We understand they are busy and tried to be friendly our food was all but tossed at us and disregarded our attempt to be understanding and he went on to talk to a door dash driver. No sorry about that nothing, either at the window or inside. And bless the girl at the windows heart she did atleast attempt to seem sorrowful. This place needs help with customer service.
