Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

Today Jun1 2023 I placed a delivery order and after he charged me what I was told was the hold amount the store manager told me that I still owe 5 dollars and some change. I asked why and the store manager refused to answer and told me that he was going to take care of it and all this with an attitude like I was the one who input how much I was supposed to get charged. The store manager also told me my delivery was going to take 20 minutes and when they were 28 minutes late with my order I called back for an update and he told me that the order was coming out of the oven and that’s fine I understand then he told me that they didn’t have 2 liter cokes and that’s what’s wrong they charged you first and then they check if what you order is on stock. The store manager was rude and unprofessional and he should know better than to place an order without checking availability. When you tell a customer this is how much you have to pay and after my card is charged he then decide to tell me that I still owe money is because somehow he made a mistake with the initial calculation. The store manager has no excuse whatsoever to be so rude and unprofessional disrespectful especially with a paying customer when he is the one making mistakes. We did an order online and did the car side delivery option. We pulled in the only parking spot available and found out that the majority of the workers are the ones taking up the parking spaces After seeing two of Eight they have here walk into work and none of these cars have drivers in them. We also asked a worker after waiting here quite a while and my phone saying the pizza was ready if he could let them know that we were here where he replied “it’s first come first serve and we have a lot of orders coming in”. So my husband went to just go get the pizzas and sure enough they were ready and just sitting there. Order 2 pizzas and wings.. I drive 25 minutes to pick up food and the guy brings out 1 pizza and wings… I told him he was missing a pizza and he says he will be right back… another worker comes out to let me know they mixed up my order with someone else and would have to wait for another pizza… I decide to go inside after 10 minutes to find out how long it would be and they had not even put the pizza in the oven… so another 20 minutes waiting for food and I ask them to remake the entire order cause I didn’t want cold pizza and wings…. They did end up remaking the entire order but they made sure to talk trash about it behind the wall where thought no one could hear 🤦‍♀️ it’s not hard people do the job you...
