Okay first stop to all the idiots that complain about this Hardee's since it has opened I have never had a problem I come there every day for breakfast and maybe three times a week for lunch the staff is knows my order and times i comeas soon as I come in and has it ready for me as soon as I get there they're always laughing and smiling and making me laugh to brighten my day don't forget when you come during rush hour or busy times don't expect your food to be out in 3 minutes I have waited before I don't get upset I only time I had a problem is there is a shift leader there I don't remember her name she was short but she does get a little nasty but I had talked to the GM and she said fix the issue right there appropriately their food is always been good they give me a military discount which is great their biscuits are always wonderful and their low carb bowls at lunch time I get the big hot ham and cheese never had a problem so maybe as you people complain about little issues check your food before you leave to make sure your order is correct if they're busy don't throw a fit you have to understand that between 12 and 2 there it is very busy so yes your food might take a little longer then leave earlier I give this place five stars better than the one in Angier where I live by which is filthy and nasty this store has done nothing but made me happy when I come there and I wish them the best of luck cuz I will still keep coming there you guys are all fools. When I come in the mornings half the staff and most of the staff knows all their customers orders and have it ready but time they come in there I don't understand how you people say you have a problem maybe are you guys the problem or do you come in with an attitude or do you come in rush and you're giving them attitude so you feel you're getting one back I will never give up on a Hardee's I love them they're better than Bojangles nasty biscuits that are...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Hardee's I have ever been to. I've grabbed some food from here a few times and was just hoping that they were having a bad day in the past. But no. They just suck. Went in the drive thru today and the girl taking my order couldn't get anything right, spent quite a bit of time correcting her and telling her what she was ringing me up for was wrong. Probably would have been easier for her if she wasnt laughing and talking to someone else, i could hear them chatting away over the headset. Fast forward to pulling my food out the bag and it was just... sad. 5pc chicken tenders were so hard and dry that they are completely inedible, they also sprinkled some kind of spicy seasoning all over them which I certainly did not want. Straight to the trash. Got a mushroom and Swiss burger too, it was smashed and flat like someone sat on it. That was edible, at least. Fries were overcooked and dry even though they made me pull forward in the drive thru line (I was the only one there???) So they could "cook my fries". At least they were hot?????? They joined the tenders in the garbage.
Ive given this place enough chances, and they have been consistently terrible every time. I will not...
Read moreI'm surprised at how inconsiderate and impatient the average customer is, yet they expect exceptional service at all times. This place, for having been open only a short time, does a phenomenal job. I come here nearly every other morning on my way to work and after practices a couple times a week with car full of teens. The food is always hot. If fries are even slightly cold they will ask you if you want to pull up to wait for hotter one. The drive through staff has been courteous. Inside, even when it's busiest, the workers are quickly processing orders and expediting food for those who are in a rush, all without attitude. I read the reviews that the service has been bad for some and think, I can't share that experience. I know that you can't go to fast food during the busiest time of the day and expect there to not be some delays in service. If that's your complaint, then the problem is with the customer for unreasonable expectations. Rush hour, plus new employees trying to work their fastest as a new team, just means learning curves. If the place is not for you it's best to try something else,...
