I am a huge fan of the Mushroom Swiss burger from Hardee's. I always get mine withe extra mushrooms, add lettuce & pickles. My husband REFUSES to go to any Hardee's due to the fact that something ALWAYS goes wrong withe the order when he does. It's been MONTHS since I've been able to convince him to go, and he was in a good mood today and decided, "Yeah, you know what? I'll get her the buger she loves since I'm over here by it, anyway." Oooof. When I say that it went wrong, it went WRONG: The burger did have the lettuce, but only had ONE SINGLE PICKLE on the bottom left of the patty. My fries from the large combo that he ordered for me were nonexistent. The kids meal fries were in the bag, but half of them were stuck together and not cooked alle the way, whilst the other half of them were oil-soaked and barely salted. They were also not even warm. (My burger was warm, though!) Needless to say, our child who loves fries was VERY disappointed. They were out of straws. When we tried to call and alert them to the fact that we were missing food and that the order wasn't correct, their phone just rang off the hook. No answering machine to pick up, either, just a very loud singular tone at the end of the ringing sound that hurts your ears. I suppose if you just ignore the phone, you can't be told that you're doing something wrong, right? Before anyone comes at me withe the whole "You don't know what it's like working fast food" bit, back it up. I most certainly do know what it's like. I've worked front, drive thru, fry cook and line cook. I understand completely how hectic it can be and that mistakes happen. As an employee in any fast food restaurant, you do your best to get things right, and when things aren't right, you acknowledge your customer and fix it. This is CONSISTENT withe our local Hardee's. If it weren't for the Mushroom & Swiss burger, we wouldn't even go. Do. BETTER. Its possible. Answering the phone is the bare minimum of...
Read moreDon't usually order from Hardee's as I have never thought their food to be the best that Marion has for fast food. Decided to order tonight, 10/19/24, from the one near Interstate. Used the mobile app and waited 10 minutes before i left. The app stated it would be ready in 7. I went through the drive thru and the boy that was working the window, clearly on drugs, as he slurred his words and could barely talk, said that if i could pull up as he didn't hear it go off when i ordered. Then waited 10 more minutes just to get cold fries and both burgers not made as ordered on the app. A woman came out the second time and handed me the food and stated that it was made fresh and started to walk off. I asked her would it be ok if I check it and she stated "She didn't care what I did" and proceeded to walk back in and lock the door behind her. I work every day and do my job, i don't expect for the people who work at places like that to treat the people who keep them in business, like they are nothing. I work with public too, and I don't expect them to be exceptional, just not on drugs and not hateful when someone calls them out on something they didn't do correct. I paid for the food to have it the way I ordered it. Not the way they wanted to prepare it. I will not be back to that Hardee's. Terrible customer service and hopefully the manager of places like this, actually do care about the people who keep them in business enough, to address with...
Read moreSo I have had many bad experience at this place such as slow service, food not being fresh or made right etc but after this morning I will NEVER go back!! My husband and I decided to grab breakfast before church. We get in line at the drive thru. There’s about 3 cars ahead of us but they have all ordered and we pull straight to the speaker. I sat there just a couple minutes and a lady comes across and tells me she will be with me in just a minute. We sit there for about 5 minutes and nothing. Another car pulls up behind us and waits a few minutes and she hollers up to me and asks if their speaker is working. I tell her they told me they would be with me in just a minute over 5 minutes ago. She waits a few more minutes and pulls off. A little later someone else pulls behind me and waits and pulls off. I said hello a few times and heard someone at the speaker but they never acknowledged me at all. At this point I have 15 minutes to get to church. I pulled around to run in and order and there’s probably 15 or 20 people standing in line. I’ve worked fast food, I know it gets busy and I know it’s stressful but this is the worst place I have ever seen. They need to get workers and managers in there that have some idea what they are doing And learn how to schedule enough people to handle a rush. If I could have given them no stars on my review...
