Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

I placed an order online & when the pizza was delivered it looked like someone had been digging in the pizza so I drove it all the way back to the store! I asked for a refund & a free pizza since I had to drive it all the way back but they only offered to give me a refund which I still haven't received my 27$ refund back to my account so I placed another order while I was there and when the pizza was done & boxed up it still wasn't cooked right & they begun to laugh because I wasn't happy at this point they had wasted my time & at this point I was pissed!!!! Not to mention we had a party at work & everyone wanted to order hungry howies for food and when the person went to pick the food up the young man was questioning the girl that picked up the order asking are you Tammie why you call corporate & tell on me and why you try to get me in trouble the girl had placed the order under my name & the boy thought it was me picking the order up we so he was grilling her thinking it was me & when we got the pizza back to work the pizzas was all made wrong & I didn't call or say anything cause I didn't wanna go through the same thing all over again but that was my last time ever ordering pizza from here again I was treated poorly & still haven't received my refund...

First off its the worst pizzaria I've ever been to the pizza is always over cooked or raw the management completely sucks plus a few of the employees told me that one of their drivers named (mark)i believe it was"sits outside snorting crushed pills before making house deliveries and a few others smoking marijuana and drinking on the job out in the open and the ones behind the counter was some what helpful they recooked my order with no problem but it still was not satisfactory,i was also told that this place was franchised by some of the worst people that dont train their employees correctly,it was so unorganized with shouting and screaming at one another in the kitchen,clearly most of them are were under the influence of some substance,watch them closely if you decide to continue to spend your hard earned money here..as for me drinking and driving and delivering pizza to my address or anyone else's,is completely unexceptable smelling like alcohol and not representing this establishment correctly...watch who you allow to perform services for you ,I'll go to another location...

My first encounter with HH wasn't good thought it was due to them being the new kids on the block. So i decided to try them again. Ordered a medium pizza with just cheese and mushroom today. Pizza arrived cold and did not taste good at all. Took almost a hour to recieve my pizza and i live less than 5 mins away. Delivery guy says sorry it took so long i had to make a run to charlotte(for what i have no clue). Im the only driver. Smh. If the pizza was good i wouldn't mind ordering again but it was nasty and cold. So i won't try them again. I will stick to my usual pizza place.

Edit: i received a call from one of the owners to resolve my issue. They were very respectful and even offered to give a few credits for pizza. I wasn't looking for any free pizza just wanted to share...
