Always clean and the staff is super friendly and attentive. I do a lot of online orders for pick up and if it's not already in the pick up window someone always helps me really quickly. I've never had a wrong order or food not ready at the estimated time. It's always fresh and delicious and hot if I order hot food. None of the food has ever been mushy from sitting if I'm running late to pick up my order and it's always delicious and reminds me of subs from Delaware (home state) with the quality. I just picked up my order for my family, and everytime your subs are delicious. However, It baffles me why when I place my order and put names to each sub ordered on your website, River Oaks Landing store doesn't bother to label them, with names or the sub number. This service is provided with all the other stores I've visited. (PS.. there was no other customers in the store at the time) Have a look into this and I'll have no problems with a 5 star...

I have tried to give this place a fair try but its absolutely horrible. Everytime i order a sub they feel the need to put literally and inch of mayo on it. I don't know how the F you are supposed to enjoy that but unfortunately it's been a common issue the three times i have been lately. I will not be back to this location ever!!
