Today 9/6/2022 On Or About 5:10pm I Went To McDonald's At 3075 Legion Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306. TO Get One McChicken Sandwich, 2 Small Fries No Salt, , 2 Four Piece Nuggets With One Honey Mustard, One Sweet Sour Sauce, 1 Hot Chocolate For My. 8 Year old Autistic Son who was sick and Needed hot Liquid , 2 Large Fruit Punch Drinks, 2 Cups Of Ice Water. Wanted Large Sweet tea but They Say They Were out!! Waited 25 Minutes In Line, Just to Get To order box. Other Cars Started Pulling Off!! PLEASE, PLEASE, MANAGEMENT LOOK AT YOUR CAMERA!! THIS CREW WAS NOT TRYING TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! VERY Lazy UnprofessionaL CREW . Bad representation For McDonalds. THE 2016 TOYOTA COROLA ( EVER GREEN COLOR) was My vehicle. I PAID FOR MY FOOD AND ASKED WHY SUCH LONG WAIT, THEY HAD AT LEAST FOUR BLACK WORKERS AND ONE BLACK MANAGER. LINE AROUND THE BUILDING!! PULL YOUR CAMERA, I RECORDED IT. WELL WHEN I GET TO THE PICK UP WINDOW TO GET MY FOOD STILL WAITED AND THE GIRL FINALLY GIVE ME TWO LARGE FRUIT PUNCH, TWO ICEWaters No Straws. I then Honk the Horn to Get Attention For My straws and my son Hot chocolate, She then proceeded To hand me a chocolate Shake with Whip cream, I told her I Did not Order. A Chocolate Shake, it Suppose To be a hot chocolate. She.says they don't have any hot chocolate. I then asked for the manager, skinny black guy came to window, I Told him the customer service Was Terrible and that I Had now waited 40 Minutes for this order. I also stated That He and these Young Folks Needed To be Fired!! He Suppose To Be the Example and Suppose To give Good Customer Service.. He told me Take it Up with Corporate Office and slammed The Window in My face!! With the employees standing Back laughing. I GOT OUT CAR AND KNOCKED ON WINDOW FOR THEY NEVER GAVE MY FOOD OR MONEY OR OFFERED A RESOLUTION TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK OR NOT ONE TIME COME BACK TO WINDOW TO GIVE MY FOOD OR ASK ME TO LEAVE!! I THEN PROCEEDED TO CALL THE POLICE AND ASK IF THEY COULD SEND A CAR. I THEN GOOGLED THE CORPORATE COMPLAINT OFFICE SPOKE WITH A MAN NAME Devreus who took My complaint, I told Him I Had called the police and that they hadn't given my food or money back. But I recorded the workers handing food out the back Window were You pay your money and they had three employees come out. out Side walk past my car and give other cars their food but not me!! That's Discrimination I Was before them. I asked Were Is my Fod they ignored me!! Finally two Cumberland County sheriff's arrived!! FEMALE K. DUFF and Male R.BERR. VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WENT INSIDE CAME BACK AND ASKED DID I WANT MY ORDER OR MONEY BACK.. SO THEY Took My ORDER AGAIN, GAVE ME THIS BAD RECEIPT YOU CAN'T READ.THEY TOLD ME TO JUST TAKE IT ALL UP WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE FOR THEY HAD MESSED UP ORDER BEHIND ME!! I WANT JUSTICE AND COMPENSATION FOR THIS. THE TIME RECEIVING MY FOOD AND LEAVING WAS 6:25PM.BURNING MY GOOD GAS FOR OVER 1hr 15 min. This Was So Crazy!! Unprofessional Manager Definitely Can't Lead He definetly need to Be fired!! If i was the manager i Would have Given the customer their food or Offerred their Money bacK SO THE CUSTOMER Can leave. . I Am Disabled live off of Social Securuty Disability. My 22 year old daughter was shot and Murdered 10/31/2021. I have alot to deal with As a single parent. I Shouldn't Have To Demand, Good Customer Service!! If This Was Their Mother or Parents Or This Happened To Them, They Would Be Mad!![This was too Much!! Read moreI don't know what it is but McDonald's in Fayetteville, NC sucks!!! Service was horrible. I ordered curbside pickup in the McDonald's app. Took them 30 minutes to bring me my order. First of all, why would you stuff a big order in a bag that was too small that you handed me with a rip, and then tell me that that was all the bags your store had? No apologies. So I get home 10 minutes later, excited to have the Double Fish Filet meal I ordered and open the ripped bag and discover that all that trouble they damn forgot it. So, hangry...I go back to the store and go inside. Barely any customers, 2 people sitting inside having coffee and a gentleman waiting by the counter for his order. I get greeted by a very nice employee who was on her way out from finishing her morning. I explained to her why I am there, and she calls the manager, who then recognizes me since he was the one that handed me my curbside order. I tell him that I was missing my double fish filet sandwich. Well, he saw it sitting in the warmer and then he tried to blame it on an employee. Here's where I'm so disappointed. Employees at fast food restaurants work hard, let me correct myself, some work hard, but for them to get their job done correctly, they must have good leadership. Okay, so your employee made a mistake in forgetting my order, but isn't that your job as a manager to double check orders before you brought it out to my car? And please loose the attitude, apologize to show what very good Customer Service is like! Anyways, I thanked him after I gave them a lesson in hard work...which lacked these days. The fries where soggy and cold by the time I got back home, the nuggets tasted liked it was cooked from the day before. My freshly made double fish filet with cheese was smothered with so much tartar sauce it was a big mess. Oh btw, I bought 4 chocolate chip cookies...if I was really rude and angry, I could've thrown it at anyone and it would've knocked the bejesus out of them!!! Come on...do I have to go to the next town just to go to McDonald's? Why did I even give them one star, because Google would not allow me to continue with a review unless I gave them a star! Beware...and if you're a McDs employee or any fast food restaurant employee...go check out Chick-fil-A and learn from them....

I visited Friday night 8/23/2019, around 11:20pm, and ordered three McDoubles (no onions, no pickles) three small fries and two Med. Sprite sodas. The total was $10.25. At the window, after an unnecessarily long wait, I was asked for $24 and change. I repeated my order. "Oops wrong order" was the response I received. Then I was handed a large sweet tea... not two med. Sprite sodas. I turned off my ignition because I then had to wait for my sandwiches. When I was handed my bag I confirmed my order... ni onions, no pickles. I pulled off and took a bite. I had onions and pickles on all three sandwiches. I returned to the drive through after waiting for two vehicles in front of me. I presented my receipt along with the bag and requested the they remake them... mind you, with no attitude or display of frustration. The manager walked to the windo . Short brown skinned and stout... didnt get her name. She replied that my receitp didn't show what I requested. I responded that's the reason I'm back at the window. I actually had prove to her that's what I ordered. There was a young blond at the window with whom I just confirmed my order with. I asked the manager to confer with her. She looked over her shoulder at the young girl, then turned back to me and said pull up to the next window while we remake your two burgers. I sat at the window until I could get her attention to remind her that I ordered and paid for three sandwiches. She didnt return to the window just window, only mother "oh my God" and waved me off. I then motioned the I had three burgers. She gave me a thumbs up and waved me off again. I waited at the next window while the vehicles behind me were being served... no problem with that. When I received my order, there were only two burgers. I dont think I asked two much of her... nor did I appreciate being waved off. Some may say I'm being petty. I'm sorry. If it were you, would you want what you payed for? Whether its a sandwich or a pizza, or the right drink. Should I just accept what I get and be grateful? As if McDonald's is...
