McDonald's — Restaurant in North Carolina

NEVER go to this McDonald's. I would give them zero stars if I could. This horrible excuse for fast food is by far the worst restaurant of all time; past, present, and future. Yes, this place is so bad that no future restaurant could possibly do a better job at failing. The other reviews of this place are no exaggeration. I would rather chew on broken glass than eat at this place ever again. They are consistently unable to accurately fulfill an order, always take 15-20 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and have a management team that clearly don't care a single bit about making any improvements to their service or team. The shift manager I've had the most run-ins with (Nichole) has a dead behind the eyes approach to customer service, appears to be allowing her team to completely phone in their work, and has seems to lack all desire to motivate her team to hustle or care about accuracy. Don't get me wrong, I get it...this is McDonald's. My expectations are already low when I go here, and even those expectations are woefully unmet. Lately every time I've gone here, I try to talk myself out of it saying the convenience of it will be overshadowed by the epic fail that would be my meal (or lack thereof). I've tried simplifying my order or shortening it without any luck. And for God's sake never order for more than one person (our average wait as a family of 4 is at least a 20 minutes even if I'm the 2nd car in line), never order a shake (assuming the machine is "working" they are too lazy or cheap to prime the line, so expect to taste a good bit of the previous person's shake in yours), and most importantly never (and I meant NEVER) customize your order. This place cannot fulfill the simplest of orders let alone apply only mustard to your double cheeseburger. This place has lost my family's business forever and if you haven't tried it yet I would spare yourself...

I dont know why we continue to take the lack of service you get from this McDonalds... I was delayed getting things for my yard at Lowes so instead of being able to make Dinner I ask the Significant Other to just grab Mc Donald's for the kids and we'll just live with eating the fries. Every time we go to this McDonald's they continue to forget things in our order. Since it always is the case my Significant Other doesn't like to pull forward to have to wait for them to come back after they forget things. This causes them to get extremely mad to the point they yelled at her because she didn't pull forward. Even with that they forgot the toy in the happy meal and this is how many fries(including what fell in the bag) were in the large Fries that cost $3.50 each. I'm sick and tired of the service that's provided...

It's Mc Donald's so you expect the issues... Thats a big problem... A 5 star Mc Donald's would just need to offer a smile and not get my order wrong and this one...

We had stopped by this McDonalds on our way home from the Charlotte NASCAR race. We were starving and decided to stop at this McDonalds. This location closed at 1:00am. As we walked up to the door at 12:30am, the manager on duty came to the door and told us that they were not taking any more customers. We showed the lady the time on our phone and pointed at the time ADVERTISED on the door. She said she was not taking anymore customers and then walked away (leaving the door locked). We stood there for a bit looking for a telephone number to call, when this large gentleman who was an employee there came around and started glaring at us while we were looking, attempting to intimidate us. We then rolled through the drive-thru to verify if they were taking orders as 12:40. While we were in line they turned the lights off at 12:45 and turned away the rest of the customers behind us.
