McDonald's — Restaurant in North Carolina

I love McDonalds, I hope you eat here.

I recently visited this location for breakfast and walked away so impressed with the food that I was served that I felt compelled to review them and regret for not having done so sooner.

Let's address the elephant in the room, not everything on the menu at McDonald's restaurants is considered "health food". That being said I would only follow with the argument that 100% of Doctors and Scientists will likely agree that Oxygen is the most lethal substance on the planet that will kill 100% of those who breathe it if they stop. Or something like that. What does that have to do with how excellent the egg and cheese bagel I had the other day?

Nothing, but I enjoyed the bagel so much I am playing devil's advocate with myself and a hypothetical health nut about why I love McDonald's food, and I don't care who knows it.

Many businesses since the pandemic lost appreciation for their purpose in existing. McDonald's is not one of those businesses that have seemingly given up on the "service" focus of the service industry. Not only do they act as if they at least know without you they don't exist, but they keep improving their menu and their training is as good as ever. While the kiosks have streamlined the ordering process the counters still work, cash registers still look exceedingly complex and the employees are always professional and reflect what it is to be a successful franchise in America, diverse and appreciative of their customers.

You should eat at McDonalds, any of them. Why? because they taste good, and no matter your health restrictions just understand that your check out date already has a calendar printed for it, we just have no idea when that date is. Nevertheless, live a little, enjoy a shake, fries, burger, whatever, you only live once and if you feel bad about it, walk to the counter instead of going through drive through. Review: not impressed with the plethora of flies inside; counted 6 the last time I was there. Employees are friendly but stand around in groups talking or checking their cellphones when tables and floor, (and floor behind the counter) and drink machine area need cleaning.

One visit I watched an employee standing near a kiosk with the mop and bucket doing absolutely nothing but leaning on the mop and daydreaming. She continued to stand there even when the manager walked right past her. 5 minutes later when I went to leave she was still standing in the same spot.

All employees need to be trained on how the KIOSK works!

I have never seen the game screens cleaned which should be done on a regular basis to help prevent geems from being spread.

The sensor on the faucet in the Women's room needs to be adjusted. The only way to ensure that the water will turn on is to hold your hand over the sensor (the black screen underneath...

Service was polite but they were all very unknowledgeable about their promotional deals happening. Ordered hash browns and they were burnt so bad that it was just crunchy throughout. There was no soft potato in the hash brown at all. Ordered a promotional McDonald's Land meal and after they completed my order, I went to the window and they said to pull around because they "didn't know if they had the mcdonalds land meal" after I already purchased. When I got my meal, they were missing the collectible and the sauce that i paid extra for in the bag so they didnt even do a quality check of the order. Had to go inside to get what I paid for. Every time I go to this location, I get poor service or food. The workers are nice but when I don't get what I paid for or get bad quality items, it makes me not want to go back regardless of the nice people. I shouldn't have to do a quality check of the food and items in my bag. They shouldn't be selling food that is old/burnt. I don't normally leave bad reviews but I feel like someone bigger needs to come to a quality check in this restaurant. I don't expect much from fast food, but I should at least receive...
