McDonald's — Restaurant in North Carolina

ZERO STARS!!!! Something has to change at this particular McDonalds! It’s HORRIBLE, it never gets any better. I’ve left 2 bad reviews in my entire lifetime, both of them to this same location at this McDonald’s. The service is God awful, you NEVER get what you order, they ALWAYS mess it up somehow and it’s just simply ridiculous. The food is also dried up and usually coldish. One time I was sandwiched in the drive thru for 40 minutes with no cars moving! Really???? This isn’t a one time thing, this is years and years and years of the same bad service that deserves this bad review again! Employees need to LISTEN, and then they need to put in the bag(s) what was actually ordered!! Not half of it, not some of it, if you asked for sauce, PUT IT IN THE BAG. AND, Don’t ask if we want sauce, and we say yes, sweet and sour, and then not give it to us anyway! How dumb is that??? Seems silly to complain about food, but this McDonalds makes my blood boil over and over again, so here I am! There are so many things that I could write about , like all of the bad orders of food I’ve gotten, but I will leave it at that! This McDonald’s has waisted many hours of my life as it is! I hope Management sees this! I hope they don’t say sorry! That doesn’t help or solve!! How about train your people so they can do a better job serving your local customers!!!!!! Fix the problem!!!! Tonight my daughter was told that there was no food in the back!! She ordered two double cheeseburgers and only got one, but was charged for two! By the time she waited and waited and waited for another burger that they “forgot”, the milkshake was already melted! She had to drive back around, apparently there was no food in the back, so they just gave her one Burger and thought she wouldn’t notice!! She was gone 49 minutes, we live 5 minutes away! Management, FIX THE PROBLEMS! I know we are not the only ones here, we finally just took the time to write! I hope others do as well because this place has unacceptable service and food! Also, it’s supposed to be fast, not 49 minutes in a drive thru! Remember, it’s not a one time complaint here, it happens ALL OF THE TIME!!! What is wrong with this location???? Well, they seemed nice, BUT; 1st waited about 10mins before we could actually Make the order. Then once paid, $20 for 2 sandwiches, large fry and one tea, we were told to pull into a parking spot, the 4th out of a group of 5 for the wait... We sat and waited for over 15 minutes while there appeared to be no one being even served indoors. A couple cars did get their food and make it through behind us, leaving us 5. Once a couple of us did get leave a couple more cars did get pulled in with us. This whole wait I was worried twice that people leaving were going to hit my car as tight as all the spaces were... Once OUR food did finally come out we were just happy to see it, because it had been over 15 minutes. We realized after getting the bag, and left alone quickly, that there were NO Napkins for the McRib and NO Ketchup for the Large Fries! Luckily we did have some napkins in the glovebox because the solid McRib had smaller McRib pieces underneath it. Those pieces did like to run for the edges, Where You Do Need NAPKINS!!! Unfortunately this is the 2nd crappy McE-D's I've had to deal with this week... To Sum it All Up, Prepare for the Wait for Your $20...

Omg this store needs help we repeated our order like 4 times and it was still wrong when we got to the window to pick it up so the lady said we can't take it back because of covid then a guy comes to the window and asked what was wrong we told him we were missing our fries and he said give me your bag and tell me your order and we will refund your money and give you your food for free then we ended up having to repeat our order to him about 5 times he took the original bag and ended up bringing the same bag with the same food in it back out to us so who knows how many people touched that food before they brought it back out and we know it was the same food because the wrapper on the cheeseburger got ripped when we looked through the bag the first time and then they still never gave us our fries they gave us an apple pie and a coupon for a free sandwich good at that location so I then went inside and asked what's so hard about giving someone the fries they asked for ughhhh I have never in my life had such a hard time getting French fries and we should have been given fresh food not the burger and nuggets that were passed...
