I don’t know what’s going on here. The first time I went our food came out separate, mine about 15 minutes before the other person that I was with got their food.. and then I placed a call in order two weeks after that for two large pizzas, garlic bread and a basket of fries was told it would be about a 35 minute wait for delivery, an hour later the pizza came, but the girl dropped the food off so fast and took off that I didn’t even get to talk to her and the order was wrong. I had been given one large pizza, garlic bread, and fries when I ordered two pizzas, I immediately called up there to let them know. They told me it would be 30 minutes before the pizza could be Re-delivered. I was fine with that ,an hour later they still had not got back to my house with the extra pizza, this was dinner that night so half people had dinner half people didn’t ,,finally I called them,She said they were waiting for the original driver to get back so that that same person could bring the rest of the order, so another half hour passes before they get there with my pizza ,very unacceptable ,an hour and a half wait after the original delivery was made because they had to wait for the original driver to deliver the pizza. This was a $65.00 order, Unacceptable service, each person I talked to tried to blame a different person for the reason The first pizza was left out,what it boiled down to is when they cooked it they didn’t look at the ticket right and nobody bothered to check the ticket when the order was bagged up, there’s two people right there responsible ,,They lost...

We ordered the Vegetable Stromboli, Steak Cheese sandwich and the Bacon Cheeseburger. We've ordered from the Tyro location for over a year now. Hardly have any issues. Our food was over cooked. The fries look like they was thrown back in the fryer and had a stale taste. My son's bacon burger tasted funny and his fries were over cooked. I ordered the cheese steak. The meat was over cooked and my fries were hard. My husband's Stromboli bread were dark dark brown like it was over cooked. The edges were nearly black. We love muranos but for some reason our food was not right. We don't believe in wasting food. We tried our best to eat what we could. I paid nearly $40 for it all and ended up feeling disappointed. Not sure the employees felt pressured needing to hurry. I'd rather wait an hour for my food to be hot and cooked properly. Than it being over cooked and my family not be...

They can do better, I came in here today for lunch, I called in a phone order I ordered a cheese steak super and spaghetti. I was told 10 to 15 minutes, I gave them 20 to 25 minutes I was thinking it was midday so they would be busy. When I got there the lady was pleasant but she had no plastic silverware which was not a big deal because I don't trust plastic silverware unwrapped but I did have spaghetti and a salad, so it's odd she did not get that together. The fact she was still getting my order together, was surprising because no customers were there.
