when we first moved here from NYC this place was pretty good. in fact the first time it was not unlike a standard pizza place. would not be the best in the city but was on par with any reliable slice. we had gone once or twice more and I'd describe it as "would not get it if i was at home but fully acceptable here" but the quality has just been bad. I'm not sure if it's appealing to local taste but the sauce to cheese ratio is way off and it's almost like the oven deck isn't hot enough because the dough is borderline undercooked giving the slice a terrible structure. if you don't eat your pizza the right way maybe this is fine but it's not edible as far as I'm concerned. effectively a waste of a pie.

Amazing! I grew up on Long Island. actually, MassaPizza (massapequa). A pizza place on every corner. And pizza all over the five boroughs.Tried them all. I just got to say, The regular Sicilian pie from nunzio's, better than any other from New York. Hands down. I get extra cheese and pepperoni. Omg. Feed a family of 6! Or leftovers for days. So happy.

My first time ratting here. I was very impressed. My husband went to pick it up, everyone was really nice and very clean. The pizza is absolutely amazing! If you call and the rings and rings trust me, it's worth the wait.

We've been ordering pizza from Nunzio's (formerly Brooklyn Pizza) for seven years. While the quality has dropped and the price, increased, it is still good pizza.

Today, however, was my last visit. I ordered two pizzas and was told they would be ready for pick-up in 20 to 25 minutes. Choosing the more conservative estimate, I arrived at Nunzio's after 25 minutes only to find that one of my pizzas was still being prepped and had not begun cooking. In the end, it took about 45 minutes for my order to be ready. No apology was offered for the delay. When I politely mentioned to the manager that I did not appreciate having to wait almost twice as long, the response was "we're busy". I pressed the issue, looking for some statement of courtesy, perhaps recognition that my time is valuable, when suddenly one of the pizza preparers turned and yelled that I need to call the "fu¢!*n owner" if I didn't like the service, and "they were doing the best they could". The manager didn't blink an eye, making me feel that this was accepted behavior.

If Nunzio's ownership reads these, I'd love an opportunity to share more details regarding...

I had a disappointing experience with this pizza place. When I called to order three large pizzas and inquired about the total cost, the person on the phone told me it would be $70. I politely asked if I could remove one of the pizzas because I realized I didn't need that much food. However, things took a turn for the worse when I asked for the total once again.

The person on the phone put me on hold, and upon returning, put the phone down and made a hurtful remark, saying, "Why order it if you don't have the money for it?" I expressed my disappointment and told her that her response was rude and uncalled for. Unfortunately, the conversation ended with her hanging up on me.

It's a shame that my first experience with this pizza place was marred by poor customer service, as I had heard good things about their food. I was looking forward to dinner for me and my son, but I decided to take my business elsewhere due to the disrespectful...

Tonight I called at 7 PM to order a pizza for delivery. The guy who answered took only some of my information, never told me how long it would take. At 7:50 when he hadn't come the phone rang and the guy says he needs the rest of my credit info to send my pizza, meaning it hadn't left the store. At 8:20 the guy shows with pizza says he is sorry he should have told me there was an hour wait. I look at my pizza and it is completely wrong. I have to flag the guy down to tell him it is wrong. I bring him the pizza to prove it is wrong and he says he will make another and deliver it and I can keep the pizza (that is wrong). I said I dont want the wrong pizza I want the right pizza. I went inside. At 9:00 I call asking where the new pizza is and he said they never made another pizza they didnt think I wanted one. Really. 2 hours after I called and I still didnt have a pizza or apology. I had to order from JTs and they made exactly...
