Oval & Ale is a local gem with unique, delicious pizza and a super fun atmosphere. It’s family-friendly without sacrificing style—think shabby chic meets rustic patio vibes, with great food and live music to top it off.
Our favorites are the all meat pizza and the BBQ pizza—both packed with flavor and baked to perfection in their stone oven. They also have a solid menu beyond pizza, so everyone can find something to love.
They’ve got booster seats for littles and a fenced-in outdoor seating area, which makes it easy to relax while kids safely play nearby. The live music nights add a festive touch, and their classic car show on the last Saturday of each month (except winter) is always a hit with both grown-ups and kids.
Whether you’re out for date night, family dinner, or meeting up with a group, Oval & Ale is one of those places you’ll want to keep in your regular rotation.
✅ Stone oven pizza perfection ✅ Great for families, couples & groups ✅ Live music + monthly car shows 🎯 Tip: Snag a seat outside during...
Read moreI hate giving bad reviews but this is the review I was looking for that will hopefully help someone else.
If you are allergic to gluten DO NOT eat here regardless of what they might tell you. We ate here right before Christmas after hearing they had GF pizza. I was surprised not to see GF on their menu so I proceeded to ask and got an answer similar to "Our flour is imported from Italy, many people with celiacs or gluten sensitivities have eaten here without any issues because they don't process their flour like we do here in the U.S." I decided to take the risk and got violently ill within hours after leaving. It's probably a good idea if they stay away from this blanket statement unless they are truly using GF flour.
3 stars as I know it was my decision to take the risk but hopefully this brings attention to them and anyone who may be swayed by...
Read moreSo I was really excited about trying oval and ale’s. Tonight, we finally did and well I was disappointed. Don’t get me wrong but it was just okay. I only live 5 minutes away and by the time I got home the pizza wasn’t very warm and had a look that it had been there awhile though we picked it up on time. There was no crisp at all to one and the other a little better but just a solid okay. We had added cheddar on one pizza that was left off but that happens so not a huge deal. The pretzels were okay, but it’s a frozen pretzel so there was no wow there either. The dessert pizza was probably the best. So, if I was asked I definitely wouldn’t tell anyone to not go there but I also wouldn’t tell anyone that it’s a must have either. It is what I scored it to me and that’s a...
