Went here every single day last summer on our way home from work and I would order a coconut snow cone and he would order two scoops of vanilla ice cream. We stopped and ordered the same thing today and they put the ice cream inside my snow cone and when we told them it was two separate orders and that it’s just supposed to be ice cream in a cup they said “we’re not doing that this year” and wouldn’t give us just plain ice cream in a cup. what sense does that make that you can put ice cream underneath a snow cone but not in its own cup? Won’t...

Pelican’s is always great to have, especially when it’s really hot outside. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and it’s still a favorite treat spot. My go-to flavors (and what’s in the picture) are Tiger Blood and Piña Colada, blended together in an Avalanche size—it’s such a good combo.

The other order was a Strawberry Cheesecake flavor in a kiddie size. He said it was okay but wished it had more flavor.

Overall, this is a solid spot to cool off with something sweet...

Discovered by accident....I'm not a fan of the shaved ice type of snow cone, however this place is different. The ice somehow is creamy, like ice cream. I recommend the Strawberry Shortcake with condensed sweet milk. Fantastic! There are soooooo many flavor options and add ons. Sweet, sour, fruity, creamy, there is a flavor for anyone. Prices are great.....the whole family can get a snowcone for 3 bucks each or less. Hundreds of flavor combinations....
