I have had pretty decent interactions with the employees here up until now. But over the last two years we’ve been eating here atleast once a month they always mess the order up which I’ve always overlooked and accepted it as they are busy and stuff happens. Therefore before I leave I always check my food on the counter before leaving and I’ve always had to hand my boneless wings back to them to have more sauce put on top because the wings hardly have anything on them to the point where the “wings” still look like plain tenders. I order BBQ wings because I want BBQ wings not plain tenders otherwise that’s what I would order. Anyhow still not a big deal the employees are super nice and they add the sauce for me and I’m on my way but not last night. Last night when I asked for sauce to be put on my wings I was told I could purchase a small container for $90 cents as I just did with marinara because your only allowed one for 5 breadsticks . I then said but ma’am I have this done every week when we eat here and have been for the entire two years since we moved here and she said well they shouldn’t have done that for you, our policy states one scoop per 8 wings in which I showed her how the wings literally had hardly any sauce and that over 2/3 of each wing was still tan colored and looked like a plain wing and that I order BBQ wings in which I expect to have/taste BBQ when eating my wings not plain breading but she didn’t care about her customer nor did she care about the quality of food she was giving out! I would hope Pizza Hut would rather there wings be served as advertised and as I ordered it covered in sauce, the customer leaving happy with quality food and not having a bad review and calls to corporate instead of worrying wether or not someone was by the book and didn’t use an extra ounce of wing sauce (even though it’s really not “extra” considering the appropriate amount was not on there to begin with). Kaitlyn’s unwillingness to make this right and make sure the food was to the quality it should have been and arguing with me over it refusing to correct the issue was just baffling to me. Not sure if she just became manager and that’s why she’s on a little power trip/ being a stickler but she definitely needs to learn to make food to the same expectation as she would want to eat it instead of the I’m not the one eating it so what’s it matter attitude. This place has plenty of bad reviews for the terrible quality of food, super long wait times which is all true and I’ve never seen Kaitlyn before last night so if she will be running things for now on i definitely can say the already lousy food quality and lousy customer service will go even...
Read moreOne star…only because I had to choose. Ordered their new “Edge” pizza online. I kept a screenshot to verify what I had ordered. It was prepared nothing like I had ordered. They definitely do not understand how to dress the two sides differently. It was overcooked with very little tomato sauce and cheese. I called and spoke to the person who identified themselves as manager. I explained my issues, and her response was “thank you”. I caught her in time to say, "What, no apology?" She claimed she apologized in the beginning, but I was explaining the issue to her the entire conversation until I paused at the end expecting an apology. I will not order from this Pizza Hut again. If this keeps up; I do not understand how they will stay in business. At the very least, we should have been comped another pizza at a later time. Read moreI ordered a meal for my husband and I and it came waaaaayyyyy too saucy. I indicated on the app that I wanted light sauce. Fast forward to a few days later, the manager reached out and apologized and explained that it didn’t say light sauce on their end and he suggested writing in the box that says “special instructions” because it didn’t relay via the app where you select your amount of sauce. I was more than pleased with his customer service for following up with me. I never called or complained I was just going to take one for the team this time. He called and made it better without me having to initiate. That speaks volumes especially in today’s world!
