I visit the Lewisville-Clemmons Bojanles frequently, always going inside for carry out. Yesterday afternoon, Mother's Day, the drive thru had a very long line. Dining room empty and one man in line. Then there were four of us. Only three staff members. Being ignored, three people left. Finally, a lady assisted me. She did apologize. However, I waited approx 25 minutes. Once I received my order, I went to add cream to coffee, located where you get tea, and unsweetened tea. This area was dirty, nasty, and had tiny black Ants. The other condiments' stations were just as filthy, with overflowing trash. With the staff shortage and them being overwhelmed, I didn't voice my concerns. However, I called to speak with the manager, Michael Howell, unsuccessfully. The lady barely spoke English, misunderstood my concerns, and even stated, "She would open the door!" We are talking on the telephone. Then she preceded to tell me about there was ony three on duty, and they would take care of the Ants! I can understand staff not showing up for work. We ordered a combo meal, asking for fries and lemonade for the drink She very rudely said, "yeah it already comes with a drink", which makes no sense to say as we already knew that. We asked for some Boberry biscuits to which she very abruptly said "that's going to take a while", which also makes no sense, because we were asked at the beginning if we wanted to try the new sausage Boberry biscuit sandwich. Why ask that question at the very beginning of the ordering process if this is an item she was unwilling to make. Finally they forgot the honey mustard that we paid for already. When my wife told her and asked for it, she said she would have to charge us for it. We had enough at that point and didn't feel like dealing with her anymore. Just beyond rude and bad attitude. Called the store and spoke to the manager on duty, making him aware of what just happened. Never going back there. Trying to help him from having her repeat that behavior on future customers. Read moreI went to Bojangles yesterday around lunch time. The drive thru was closed then I went inside only to be greeted with a bad attitude. They said they were out of bo sandwiches and bone in chicken. The lady manager and 2 other workers and no one could make those things. I ordered supremes and she was only taking one order at a time then making the order. It's really pathetic that a lady in a circle K uniform had to jump in and save the day!! She told the lady manager to calm down and stop being rude and loud to the customers! She kept the customers calm! She asked the man packing and the Spanish lady why couldn't they drop chicken! They told her they didn't get paid for that! So the lady in that circle k uniform went back there and made their chicken and B0 sandwiches for them! The manager gave her permission and that lady made that Chicken in 20 minutes and it turned out great! Whoevers hiring go find workers like that!!! Quick and efficient!! Kudos to Circle K!!!
