So far, I’ve tried the brisket mac and the Carolina chicken mac, and both are phenomenal. The four-cheese sauce is incredibly creamy, and the contrasting sharp and smooth flavors add complexity. The brisket comes with bits of bacon while the chicken brings slightly sweet spiciness. At $15 and $13 respectively, they are filling, and they are worth it.

I will say few things, Food is definitely great, probably best smoked brisket I had and Mac n cheese. However, the amount of money I paid to get these (attached picture) is absurd. I got better deal at Black Powder (which is great bbq place too) for 3 times cheaper. Almost $30 after a tip to get 1/4 of brisket, 1 chopped bacon, and 1/4 of chicken, 5 shrimps plus mac n cheese plate (thank god there was enough of that). Very expensive place, very for so little, just disappointing.

The folks that work the truck are super nice, but unfortunately the Mac didn’t live up to the hype for us. We tried a few different types, the picture is of the original. Super big portion for one person, but all we could taste was the rue. It tasted less cheesy and more butter/floury - lacked any creaminess.

I have never been so happy with a food purchase! I kept seeing the advertisements on Facebook and finally tried it! It was like the food gods said, "We is gone bless this mac n cheese" (And, yes, the food gods have a flavorful vernacular!) I tried the Brisket Mac N Cheese and the Lobster Mac. I am totally in love and now have to chase this truck across the Triad. They were very professional, very friendly (especially the sweet girl working the register), very clean and the food was phenomenal. The chefs are pretty cute, too.
