Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the female manager (Hispanic gal) I have never had such an awful experience with customer service like I did at this store. There was a mistake made on my online order and somehow my food was sent 25 minutes away to this store. I spoke to the owner and explained, which then he offered a refund or to make the sandwiches again for me. That was very kind and I felt relieved after such frustration and feelings of wasting my time and money.
When I arrived, this woman manager felt it was her duty to barrade me with how awful it was they had already made my food and it went to waste. She had no ides of what I had been through that day and continued to lay into me. I told her she was out of line and inappropriate. Her attitude carried on until she had the last word. What a joke this store is. I do not recommend coming here unless you want your day to be ruined by a miserable manager.
Shame on you SUBWAY! I will not eat Subway any longer...
Read moreWent there to grab some lunch for my son who was wrestling at Cleveland High School. Got there around 8:30 and asked if I could order a meatball sub this early in the morning. The young lady behind the counter apologized and said she just started the meatballs since they make them fresh everyday. I asked approximately how long it would take since I wasn't in a rush and she told me about 10 minutes. I decided to wait for the meatballs to finish. She was very accommodating and asked if I wanted anything while I waited. As soon as the meatballs were done she made the sandwich and asked me if I wanted a cookie for my wait. I thanked her and told her I was good, no thank you. In today's world, if this happened at other places, I would have been met with dirty looks and no smiles. This young lady was excellent and I will now go out of my way to visit this particular Subway...
Read moreI went to this subway today and a powdery slimy substance came out of the soda machine making a film at the top of my cup. I took the cup back to the counter and asked for a new cup thinking the line must not be clean and I’d get a different beverage option. The employee I initially addressed did not reply to me after 3 attempts to convey the problem and showing her the cup. Another employee walked up and said “it must be out” and walked away. I proceeded to ask for a cup several more times even gesturing to the cups that were arms reach from the silent employee. Then another customer came up to me and said “you should have seen all the mold that was in my cup when I tried to get a drink 2 days ago. It appears this is a known problem. I was very frustrated at this point and emptied my daughters drink and left. No one offered me a refund. I will not...
