Todd's Golden Fried Chicken — Restaurant in North Carolina

My Mom and I stopped in last week to get a couple of chicken sandwiches.I ordered and they said it would be a couple of minutes. I took a seat at the booth for so many people came in after me. Well I waited patiently. All the people that came in after were served first. I still tried to be patient. Finally they called my number. Mom and I took the sandwiches home. Well much to our dismay The chicken was overcooked and was pressed chicken. We had paid 3.99 apiece for the sandwiches. We could have got this off the dollar menu at any fast food restaurant. Iwas s0 disappointed. They were terrible.I felt ripped off 8.00. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. This was the third. I don't think Todd would be happy with how things are being ran if he knew. Too much salt also makes it more unhealthy. Don't think Ill be back but as the way of the world they probably don't care. We usually come here to eat Wednesday and Friday evenings but I think this will be our last trip. I don’t know if there is no manager onsite, since I asked to speak to one and no one at the front initiated any effort to finding a manager. The last two visits were complete disasters. They had lost our ticket and we sat almost 45 minutes waiting on our food. No apologies given. When we received our plates they did not have any sides. Another 10 minutes before we were given the sides we ordered. The restaurant was unclean, bathroom unclean, staff clothing unclean and the front staff was slow, unfriendly and provided no apologies for the mistakes. I always give a second chance to every one but since this has occurred twice, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am sorry that Todd’s has dropped in performance so quickly. I am sitting in Golden Fried Chicken right now, and I have been in here waiting for about 55 minutes for 4 take out dinners. People who ordered after me have already came in, sat down to eat, and left. I can hear the cooks in the back laughing and playing around which is probably why I STILL haven't got my food yet. Oh and ANOTHER guy just got his order.... The ONLY reason I gave them a single star is because they have good chicken tenders and nice portions. Their service is TERRIBLE! Oh and I'm still waiting. They must have had to go out back and butcher the chickens its taken so long. I'm still waiting!!! P.S I finally got my food after about an hour and 15 minutes and I open the boxes to check the food. The food is strown all over the box and the cookie I got looks like it was punched. It's completely crumbled. So it's official, I'm never going back to this place unless they fix...
