Me and my family of 2 are loyal regulars to this particular bojangle's and the service there never disappoints. When Crissy is there she always goes above and beyond to make sure that we have piping hot biscuits and fresh mashed potatoes and gravy. If we want chicken she always makes sure that its very fresh and hot. She is always very kind and sweet and uplifts your day no matter your mood. Thank you Crissy! De'Andre is mostly morning shift but he was the very first one long before Crissy was hired and long before our aquaintence with melisha to deliver screaming hot biscuits. He is always very kind and pleasant to talk to and we always hope he is there before we go to work in the mornings. We appreciate you De'andre and wish you would join Crissy on her shift Lol. Managers Melissa and Evan are always going out of there way to provide good, hot, clean quality food. You can tell by their dedication that they try very, very hard and enjoy their careers at bojangle's. Thank you Melissa and Evan! We don't see Keisha very often but when we do she tries extremely hard to deliver good, hot fresh food and she always does! You know you have found a goldmine of a restaurant when all the staff that works there you can talk to like family and prepares and serves food like family every day!!! We were replacing our order when we were told that the Borounds would be 5 minutes so we asked to change to the fries, then we ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich and a 5 piece chicken supreme meal when he said it would be 5 minutes then quickly changed his mind to 2 minutes. When we got up to the window, I asked him again how long it would be and he quickly assured me 5 minutes so we decided to wait on the tenders and Cajun sandwich and they assured me that it would all be fresh….. after 20 minutes our food comes out to the car well part of our food. We were missing two biscuits and gravy and the ranch. I ran back inside to get the forgotten items when the manager said “oh is that her” I guess because I had mentioned to please make sure the food was fresh if we were waiting on other items I didn’t want the other food just sitting waiting which by the taste and look of it all I’m pretty sure the food was from last week. $60…. No reciept and burnt cold fries that I’m quite certain we could play football with
Also for them to have ample opportunity to have told me they didn’t have any ranch. He waited until I had to come back in for the biscuits and gravy after had spending $60 on our food. My son is autistic and will not eat chicken tenders without ranch so I have a $15 meal sitting in my refrigerator because he wouldn’t eat it because he didn’t have any ranch....
Read moreHorrible experience , first of all the Ai computer answering the drive thru not only left me sitting at the drive thru ordering screen for over ten minutes I had to back up n reset her ..Secondly I ordered a 3 PC dinner with large sides Ai did not pick up on the large size , nor did they pick up on the three piece , when I got where I was going i had to turn around came back because I only had two pieces of chicken , I spoke with the cashier by the name of Ivan, he not so politely told me that I was only charged for a 2 PC dinner so I got what I paid for ..but yet I still didn't get what I ordered, he asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager and I did tell him that I wanted to speak with the manager the manager wouldn't even come to the front line for me to speak with him . Howe er did tell the cashier to replace the missing piece of chicken . Furthermore when I got back to my location not only was my 2 p. Dinner not correct but I also did not ha e my large mac n cheese as I ordered as well Instead had two large coleslaw!!!
People wonder why these restaurants are not doing well it's because you've taken away the customer experience
