My fiancé and I recently moved to Mooresville and have been on the hunt for a good, reasonably priced, local Chinese take-out restaurant. After trying several different places, we were severely disappointed - until now. I was slightly hesitant after reading mixed reviews on Google, but I'm so glad I opted to try them anyway. I called around 7 PM (on a cold, icy night), ordered almost $30 worth of food and EVERYTHING was delicious. The won ton egg drop soup was clear and flavorful. The crab Rangoons were crispy, yet not too greasy. The Kung pao chicken was enticingly spicy, with just the right mix of vegetables. But the star was the house special chow Mai fun. We decided to get the original (although we normally prefer the spice of the Singapore version) and we were extremely pleased. For such a simple dish, there weré so many flavors that erupted in each bite.
