9th of August, 2024 @ 11:45 am. Fam & I went in for lunch on our way out of town for the weekend. Dining room was clean. Restrooms were clean and fully stocked. Hot water was hot and it didn't take long to get that way. That, to me is important for employees to be able to wash with soap and warm water after a restroom visit and returning to work. Amanda was out person @ the register and who took our order. Everything was hot, made per request and did NOT take long at all! We hade two trays and one young lady offered to take one to our table for us so I didn't take the chance on dropping one. That was very nice of her. The ONLY thing I noticed had to do with the food prep folks in the kitchen area. One was male and one was female. The female had long hair and it was in a pony tail. No head gear on and no hair net. The male had a ball cap on BUT...he was sporting a beard without having any type beard guard or net on it. Yeah, that isn't good. We didn't notice any hair in our food but the rules state ya just aren't supposed to do that. I didn't mention it to the manager on duty...why not? I figured it was like this. Read moreThis place is pretty good but only when the food is made right. I’ve had times the food be perfect but like tonight I ordered the same thing we always get. I get all the way home and usually when they don’t make it right I still eat it and deal with it but this time it was made completely wrong so I call and go back for it to be re-done, as much money as I spent I shouldn’t have had to go back but it was one of those days so I didn’t really make a big deal until I get all the way back home and not only is my food rushed out to me but it’s cold and not made the way I asked. I always ask for it well done so it still hot when I get home. Read moreUpon visiting the location today the person at the window first took my order wrong. I asked for 2 large drinks and was provided with a small and Large. She then proceeds to tell me my card is getting declined but when I inform her to try it again it gets approved. I checked my online banking while waiting for my order and noticed that they charged my card several times. The employee got a manager (Grayson) which informed me that I would have to wait 5 days and then call for a refund. I asked Grayson "So I would have to wait 10 days as a refund usually takes 3-5 business days" she chuckled, shrugged her shoulders, and gave me the thumbs up. I visit this location every time I come to the area as we dont have a Zaxby's back home but I REFUSE to be shrugged off based off their mistake.
