Original cashier who took my order said they could do all flats wings(no drumsticks), also had picture proof of multiple other little caesars locations who recently let me order all flats wings. Cashier insured me they could do all flats after asking twice to be sure. After taking my payment I was pulled up to 2nd window, @2nd window manager(alexia) came and told me she cannot do all flats, that little caesars doesn't offer this option. Alexia refuseo even after I showed her proof/receipts of this and offered me a refund. I accepted refund until she then said she would have to charge me again for the pizzas I ordered since she would have to void original order with wings. She claimed that she could not refund me for wings alone, she said she could only refund me for the whole order only. But at this point I couldn't do this since they already charged me for original order, alexia said it would take up to 10days to get refund. The only money on my card was exactly enough for my original order, so I couldn't afford to void old order and run my card again for new pizza order only since they had already taken the money out my acc for original order(would have to wait up to 10days before receiving refund so even if I did accept I would be out of food for they day until I get that refund up to 10 days.) None of this would have been an issue if they would've just did all flats or told me I cannot get all flats before taking my payment. I could've definitely just took my business to another location who would be more than happy to do all flats(spring lake & Raeford rd location have both done all flats for me...
Read moreI am completely mind blown and outraged about my awful experience at this store. This is the first time we have ordered little Cesar’s pizza. We placed an order online as a guest checkout. When we got to the store to pick up the pizza we were greeted by the general manager. I told her we were picking up an online order for my name and it was 2 cheese pizzas one stuffed crust. She said she needed to see the online order confirmation or 3 digit code it prompted after it was placed. We had already exited out of the webpage so could not provide this information. She refused to give me the pizza I had already paid for. I went as far as to pull up my bank statement to show her the charge. She said she could not accept that and needed proof we had placed the order “because people steal pizza”. After 10 minutes of debating with this manager she finally gave me the pizzas after confirming again exactly what we had ordered. When we received the box of pizza it literally had a tag on it with my name and paid online!!! This is completely ridiculous and needs to be better handled. I understand the need to identify if the item was paid for but it SAID MY NAME and PAID ON IT!!! I would have been happy to show my ID if that would have sufficed. I obviously will never...
Read morePurchased 3 large pizzas and 2 bread sticks online spending nearly $40. The order was supposed to be in the pizza portal by 6:46pm. My wife and I arrived a little early and went in and waited, and waited, and waited. At 7:00pm we still had no pizza in the portal. We were finally asked if we were waiting on a pizza, DUH. I sure was not there to shop for groceries. We gave our name and it turned out that an order that we saw placed to the side 10 minutes earlier was our pizza. Needless to say, it was cold except for the last pizza they were waiting on. I asked for the number of the district manager and ended up talking to the store manager, Amelia. I told her I wanted the number to the district manager and she refused saying I would have to contact corporate. I asked for that number and she obliged. She asked what the problem was so I told her our order was more than minutes late and they sat in the back on a table and got cold. All she could do was offer an apology for our wait and nothing for the pizzas being cold. My advise to anyone would be to use a different store because it is obvious "Customer Service" is non-existent...
