Bojangles — Restaurant in Spring Lake

It's 530 in the afternoon so you would figure they would have chicken cooked for dinner crowd but they parked us for a 2 piece dinner. I thought maybe they were just clearing their drive-thru out but after 7 minutes I walked in and then they informed me that they were out of chicken and it would be another 15 minutes and when suggested that they should let people know at the window the lady walked away from me..So this is second time in a row at this location starting to think because we have had this problem at multi location (the whole fayetteville and especially raeford rd) that they just don't prepare chicken for the dinner crowd at any of theses locations until they have too and by then 6 or 7 families don't have bojangles for dinner.. seems like better time managing for the rushes should be taught to the managers and if it has then you should look into hiring new manager..one day this year we might have it for dinner but so far we have struck out for the first three months and now once in the fourth month..SMH please get it together so we can enjoy...

Stop whatever you are doing and immediately go buy as much of the rice from this place as they will let you carry out of the store before they go out of business.

First of all it's dirty. We went in the middle of the afternoon, other than the party I was with there were four people in the restaurant (including workers). Every single table was dirty. Not like spilled some salt on the table dirty, like the toxic avenger boiled himself in grease and ran around dirty.

The chicken is nothing special, the same kind of thing you would expect from KFC or Popeyes. I don't think they had a spicy option (and there was not tobasco made available, though any tobasco connoisseur who isn't a complete casual will of course carry a bottle on his person at all times for just such an occasion).

The rice though. They call it dirty rice (probably). It's fantastic. I'm pretty sure they subsitute old chicken grease, MSG, and a top ramen packet for the water when they cook it. It's easily the best thing you can find on Bragg Blvd without losing your...

Staff is no longer as friendly as it used to be they seem to take forever on everything and food quality has gone way down. Upon my last visit a couple days ago it took me 15 mintues to get through the drive through and get my food in which I recieved it but it was less than poor in quality I order 2 cajun club sandwich combos in which both were missing the mayo and under cooked I received raw chicken patties and one was even still frozen the fries were cold and soggy and the drinks had almost no ice in them and one was wrong it was supposed to be a sweet tea with lemon but I recieved an unsweet tea with no lemon nothing about it was correct if you dont want to get sick from your food dont go here the staff does not care about the customers or keeping food hot ready and cooked properly.
