Delicious but expensive.
I remember dining in the Biscuitville in Pinehurst 4-5 years ago, when the (fried chicken) biscuits were about a dollar cheaper and were also larger and more filling. What I got today at this location was a little disappointing, especially for the price.
I understand inflation has gotten out of control in the past 3 years and it's not the fault of the restaurant, but it takes a minimum of 2 chicken biscuits to have a satisfying breakfast. That's $10+ per person after tax. So for a family of 4, you're looking at a $40+ receipt for fast food! These are sit down restaurant breakfast prices, and it's not affordable for most families on a regular basis.
My sincere advice to management: offer prepackaged "grab and go" family meal deals such as 8 chicken biscuits for $30 to make it more affordable for local families, and watch your sales volume skyrocket while better serving the community. If such a thing came to be, we would be regular customers once or twice EVERY WEEK instead of once in a blue moon, and I expect other families would...
Read moreWent to this buscuitville on the way to Myrtle Beach and letâs just say TERRIBLE cx service by the manager!! Ordered our food they FORGOT a buscuit and gave us a cold hashbrown. So okay no biggie tells husband to swap my hashbrown for a fry while you are inside because this is cold and nasty! Can you believe this man had the nerve to say to us âwhy do we want to swap it? Do you know this is an up charge next time order friesâ the audacity of him to act this way!! No sympathy for us having to come inside for the left out sandwich straight to assumptions. I hope corporate reads this and fires this manager because this is terrible customer and it felt darn right racist, as of course we were African...
Read moreI have visited this location several times since it's opening last summer. I have been frustrated before with the flow of traffic. Drive-Thru should be directed thru the back part of the auto store and thru parking lot between the yellow posts, instead of thru the front part of the auto store. It is dangerous for the auto store custumers to get in and out due to the traffic build of hungry Bisquittville customers. The Drive-Thru staff disapointed me for the 1st time today as she was holding my bag outside the window and talking to me, behind a mask, before I got to the window. Your serving is always great, the people are always great, why go the wrong way and...
