Place is horrible and the service is second to none in disappointment. I went to this location and was insulted by the Asian lady sitting at the bar and the cashier had a foul mouth. I ordered a dozen blue crab and 1.5 pound of large shrimp. Once I was home I opened the bag of crabs and noticed most were dead and two were beginning to loose pigmentation letting me know they weren't kept at a cooling temperature! I should've taken the warning once I noticed shrimp in their glass display starting to turn red from being under the heat of the lights. My card was having issues, not new side there wasn't money on it but because their machine wasn't reading properly due to my chip. I was told I was poor, broke and had no money; their machine kept coming back with unable to process and not insufficient funds as the card from the lady before me did.

Been going to her for years. I bought 2 dozens mixed crabs cooked the crabs when I got home but didn't eat until later. I called her the next day because she was already closed the previous day and told her the crabs were not good. I could press the crabs with my thumb so they were dead crabs. She told me that oh the crabs were cooked and hung up. I called back no answer and I called again she started to say that the crabs were cooked and I should have bought them back before I cooked them. I told her how would I know if they are dead if I just threw them in the pot to cook. You wouldn't know until you go to eat them. She got real loud and started yelling she not taking them back. She threathen if I called again she would call the police. Very rude and disrespectful lots of people have said it but I never experienced that as I have been going for years but I finally see what everyone is talking about about. Be careful check all your crabs before you leave her store as you shouldn't but myself and it looks like others from this reviews had dead...

Horrible service and dead crabs!!! Stay away from this place. The female owner is unprofessional, disrespectful and just down right rude to her customers. I have had enough. She just sold us Jan. 11, 2018 9 out of 12 dead crabs at a 50% discount. When we got home we found out why we got a discount. DEAD CRABS!!! The next day, I called to explain I would be coming by so she could rectify this situation. The first call as I attempted to calmly explain what happen, she interrupted me and began to yell and tell me what happen. I tried to explain, however she hung up. I called back same thing yelling and screaming at me over the phone then she hung up again. So we decided to never patronize this place ever again. Horrible service!!! I will never patronize this...
