Very rude staff member. I am not one to complain - especially since I fly every single week through CHS and know it can be stressful being up so early. However, there is a better way to treat customers. I decided to go through Dunkin in the airport. I was the only one in line, so it wasn’t very busy. I asked for a Nitro Cold Brew - which is listed on the menu. The woman wearing pink for the morning shift on 9/19/2024 got very defensive and explained that the nitro is more potent and does not come with ice. I responded with, “ OK Great! That is what I’m looking for. I’ll take the Nitro cold brew.” She then responded, “it doesn’t come with ice so do you want a cold brew or the nitro?” I then stated again that I would take the nitro cold brew as listed on the menu. She then said, “it doesn’t come with ice!” When I responded with, “is it not a cold brew like stated on the menu just without ice?” She turned to her coworker and said, “it isn’t hot - this lady isn’t listening” and walked away from taking my order. Read moreAll three of the staff working were very rude. There wasn't even a long line at 6am, I walked straight in to the register to place my order. The two girls making the drinks and food both had awful attitudes, both acting like they didn't want to be there. I waited for the breakfast sandwich that i ordered and watched the girl making food make a full batch of bacon, then start another one, tgen stepped aside and pulled out her phone, so i asked her politely about my order, thinking maybe it was skipped, and she deadpanned looked at me and said "im making your bacon" even though i had just watched her pull out a full tray of bacon and put it in the warmer. Then she went over and started making my sandwich, and finally put it in a bag and looked away when she stuck her hand out with it to give to me. I said thank you and she ignored me and went back to her bacon. Only giving this review 2 stars bc the food was decent, but i wouldnt come back just based on the staffs...

Then, when I asked for a refund she didn’t even know how to refund on my card, and asked another worker to do it. If she’s the manager she is not doing well at representing DD. I asked her for her name and the number of her boss and she refused.
The young lady who took my order was very nice and professional. As was the lady who provided my refund and gave me the rude “managers” name and the contact information for the GM.
Please send her through customer service training. People traveling don’t want to encounter a rude, unhappy person serving their food. And better yet, won’t put up with it like...
