Luz's Place Inc — Restaurant in North Charleston

First of all, I would like to say I read the reviews before I went to this place. I saw the negative reviews & unfortunately, I agree to it. As soon as you walk in, you will smell the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I literally saw the sign NO SMOKING right by the 3 people that was smoking in the back. Also, there's just 6 people inside the restaurant, including the 3 people that's smoking, but me & my boyfriend had to wait for 45mins to our food to be ready. We took it togo because we cant stand the smell. There was a time I had to step outside just to breathe. For people that are non smokers, I'm sure you understand my opinion. I just don't recommend this place for kids because they will smell all that smoke. Also they seemed like they didn't have a cook that day, not sure why but they need help. Whether it was late in the evening or not, it shouldnt have to take 1 hour for an order to come out. Being that they are so slow is another negative part (I understand they're old) but at least hire some help. To top it off they forgot about my wings and I had to get them to go.
