Update: on June 22nd 2022 my brother and I placed an order in the drive through after waiting 20 mins to get our food. We ordered a medium triple cheeseburger meal with a large coke (medium fries for the meal) with an additional LARGE FRY. We noticed that the three cars in front either complained to the manager at the window or drove back into the line because they obviously messed up their order.
When my brother drove up to the window the worker asked us what we had and we told her a triple cheeseburger burger meal with a large coke and large fry. The worker handed us the coke and then out food. We looked.into the bag and noticed that the medium fry was missing. We told the worker that our medium fry was missing and the manager (heavy set, dark skinned african american woman) came to the window and told us that we only ordered a triple cheeseburger meal with a large coke. She said we never ordered a large fry on the side. She was beyond rude and the other worker (light skinned young African american female) cursed at us.
Mind you all this was being said and she never once went to the back 5o look through all the receipts. I used to work at McDonald's a while ago so I know how this works. Anyways I asked for a refund and she refunded me $7.98. I decided to looked at my bank statement and it showed that McDonald's took out $11.74. When I tried to get their attention to show them my bank statement they completely ignored me so I never recieved my full refund.
I called the cops to make a complaint and the cops came and talked to the manager however they printed off the wrong receipt and gave the cops the receipt as proof showing they refunded my money. The cops told me to just call corporate and that this becomes a civil matter in court.

I went back yesterday afternoon and the same manager, that woman was frantic sweating she was yelling at her employees swearing Non-Stop. She was all over the place and appeared to be inebriated on some kind of controlled substance. It wasn't even busy yet she acted like the world was ending and her employees could do nothing right. I applaud the Cashier girl for handling it so well she's always good every time I go in there she is about the only thing good in that place. The management is horrible the wait times for food are unbelievably long, it took me almost 20 minutes to get a triple cheeseburger. Every time I go in there it is chaos and disorder management screaming or talking to their friends over the counter not paying any attention to actual customers that are ordering food. The only reason I go there because it's close to home and there's not much around here within walking distance and every time I go there sadly disappointed the food quality on the black a sense of urgency among the management and most of the employees.
it amazes me how some people still can have a job especially at a place as renowned as McDonald's for their fast service friendly to attitudes and willing to help each and every customer accordingly. I am sure the owners of this franchise have no idea what's really going on and Ray Kroc is rolling over in his grave

And they still managed to get it wrong. She (sweet lady, I can't remember her name) fixed it at the 1st window and when I pull up to the 2nd window, the lady threw me the bag and handed off my coffee and quickly disappeared. Something told me to check the bag, so I did. I was missing 2 burritos and my coffee had sugar. I waited by the window and the same lady came back. When I told her what was wrong with my order, she caught an attitude and said that was what I ordered. Umm no, that was not what I paid for. I showed her my receipt (with the correct order printed) and she didn't even look at it. She stormed off, yelling at someone. At this point, I'm fustrated. The manager came to the window. I explained what happened. I told him I either get the order I paid for or a refund. And he quickly gave me my correct order and handed it to me. No apology or anything. Just a blank stare and then he's gone. I'm normally a chill person and don't get upset often but the poor customer service at the 2nd window was just... wow.
