Spent about 10 minutes waiting for 2 iced coffees and 1 donut......had the iced coffees made a total of 3 times each and one of them was STILL incorrect. They brewed new iced coffee but you can TASTE that they didn't use the correct amount of ice and water for that batch. Went inside to get it fixed and waited another 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and my sister were standing there peaking over the counter for service. Watched the girl talk on the phone while she cleaned her station. Conversation wasn't even work related and when we asked for the person in charge or corporate number all we got was a blank stare. Waited another 10 minutes for a number and still didn't get anything. Worst dunkin donuts service I've seen or experienced and that's from someone who used to work at one in the same region. I threw away my nasty tasting drink and left. Employees need some serious training. Restaurant wasn't packed so much that THREE people couldn't handle it. Learn to use the "store" and "recall" button. Didn't get a receipt and when we asked for it, we got it back CRUMPLED UP FROM THE TRASH. Never again! Got there at 5:55 and left at about 6:20 on 6/30/2016 I will be calling...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas just at the shop. Saturday at 5 pm day before Motherās Day. There were two employees and neither acknowledged me and my wife. Registers said closed and they both had on headsets. Tall white guy came by with out a word. My wife asked if they were open. He saidā we are busy in the drive thruā. Can some body tell me what that mean to a customer in the lobby? He kept on walking.
When we got there there was a car making an order in the drive thru. When we walked out without being served there were three more cars in the drive thru. Were we expected to wait until there were no cars in the drive thru before we could be treated as a valued customer?
I will likely avoid this location, redeem my loyalty points at another location and take a break from Dunkinā Donuts. As a stock holder I am concern about the image. DD

Read moreThe employees are human beings and deserve to work in a safe work environment. I could only see the one fan. Regardless, fan(s) on, doors open, the place is a sauna. Forget the poor temperature for food conditions because these employees deserve basic human decency. These employees don't even have an option for tipping while working under such conditions. It's currently ~60° outside, I CANNOT fathom the upcoming summer conditions they'll have to bear.
Respectfully, dunkin' donuts, can we install something, redesign the place, or something to provide safe work conditions for your hardworking, beautiful being employees? If they truly can not have a tipping jar, they should have a wage increase,...
