McDonald's — Restaurant in North Chicago

The heavy set Hispanic lady and her sidekick Guadalupe have got to be the rudest individuals ever.....especially the heavy set lady. I also see many complaints about this location. This is a shame! We literally only ever have an issue here with this same staff. They have been rude to my Daughters in the past. Tonight made no sense.....and I get home and there's STILL big mac sauce on our daily doubles when we reiterated to add diced onion. I order the same thing at the Mundelien location, and on Grand in Gurnee and I NEVER have a problem! And I heard the heavy set Hispanic lady say something was "bullsh**. I will DEFINITELY be calling corporate because even if I tried to call right now....literally NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE at the North Chicago location! I've been eating at this mcdonald's for the last 8 years in work down the street in my experience the last 3 years has been horrible service no most of the workers barley speak English so my order is always wrong because of workers not understand English i speak Spanish thank God but I'm american i should not have to go to n american restaurant n translate what i want be some one don't understand my native language it's starting to be really frustrating when I have to come back inside to explain that they got my order wrong one of the managers with the ponytail talking shit in spanish to the other chubby managers saying that my order wasn't wrong first of all speak English I'm standing right here i no what I ordered i eat here every morning until now won't be coming back the costumer service has gone down hill...

I usually go to this McDonald’s but today really blew me first I ordered my food and waited but it took a really long time for my order to come out I watched people that just got there get theirs before mine but I just thought they was still making mine I was there 30 minutes to an HOUR till someone came out and asked if I ordered than had to wait after I told them my order just for her to say they didn’t have any pies but said it’ll be out in 5 minutes because they had to cook the pies and wait a whole another 30 MINUTES JUST FOR HER TO ASK ME AM I STILL WAITING FOR MY PIE!
