It was a late night run to get a snack from McDonald's two separate orders My daughter had her order and then I had mine which was a deal on the app buy it cheeseburger get a six-piece nuggets for free We asked for our specific sauces we wanted which was two ranch and a buffalo sauce The gentleman repeated it back to us but he was not friendly at all and when he took our payments we told him to have a nice day and he just looked at us and turned around and walked away then we pull up to the next window and there is a woman with a scarf around her head who had more attitude than 16 teenagers at a Taylor Swift concert We looked in the bag with the nuggets and there was one barbecue sauce which we did not order We asked for the correct sausage that we ordered which should have came with a sauce and we would have to pay for two when we told her we got the wrong sausage she goes well that's not what was on my screen and I mean her head was bobbing I'm surprised she didn't get whiplash that's how much attitude she had and instead of saying oh I'm sorry let me replace that for you she wanted to be argumentative I mean very argumentative so she ends up charging us for all three sauces when we should have gotten one with the six piece nuggets No need arguing with somebody that has a tongue of a wildebeest We paid we left we got home the food was atrocious The nuggets were hard and like day old and the burger was so cold the cheese look like it had just been placed on there there was no melting to it no nothing it was disgusting can't need it. So between the attitude of the person taking the order the person giving the order the person who overcharged us for some saws with a side of attitude which we didn't ask for and then to get home and the food was worse than both of those two put together I would not recommend ever going to this McDonald's and I actually had to go inside the gas station to get a bag of ice and they had signs up about theft and teenagers coming in and destroying public property and fighting so obviously they don't have their restaurant under control and I don't know it just didn't seem like a very safe environment I would not feed the food that they served us to stray animals because they deserve better than that that's how bad the food was So if you're eating here you're eating at your own risk I wasted money My daughter wasted money and it was not worth having some people talk to us like we were garbage no customer service skills in any way shape or form I've been a manager in a restaurant I've owned my own business I know how to do customer service and I know how to train employees to do customer service the correct way not sit there and argue with them well that's not what's on my screen thinking that maybe the other employee made a mistake so again eat here at your own risk and if you do and you get sick or you get attitude problems from the employees that's on you If I could give these people negative 1 billion stars I would also not affiliated but the person that was working the gas station who sold me my ice walked away after I scanned my card and told me I have while he grabbed his phone to get on it and start texting somebody goes just grab your receipt off the register who does that who is running this store with a gas station attendant and McDonald's employees that have absolutely no personality no customer service skills and no human decency about them. Read moreSo the place looks great outside their still finishing the drive through, and also let me point out that the receptionist for the drive through was being trained and made little mistakes and understand that so that's not a big factor to my rating. To start off I went here and order to two filet o fish value meal and asked twice that the fries be well done, the girl in the end got the order right. Now here's my issue, getting to the pick up window this female employee Was either upset and didn't want to be there she gave me this look of disgust. Then just handed me a bag with just a medium fries, I asked if the fries were well done like it said it should be on the receipt. She rolled her eyes as she interrupted me to say yes. Ok no my thing is if it's option at your restaurant to have your fries well done then all employees should know what that means this has happened multiple times everywhere. And I know for sure that I pull up to the pick up window right after paying then you hand me my food then I know for sure those fries were not well done. Normally my fries would have to be dropped separately and sit a couple minutes longer then usual and they would ask me to pull up for the fries which I have no problem with. So not only did she not give me all my food she liked that the fries were well done. Now the only reason I'm giving them two stars is because when they finally gave me the two filet o fishes I guess they didn't realize they gave me another med fry. Read moreJust left from there with a pretty big order. 6 sandwiches, 3 medium fries, 1 large fry, a large carmel frappe, and 2 6pc nuggets. While at the drive thru speaker, I requested that the fries and nuggets be made to order (fresh). When making it to the first window, I asked the young man if he heard my request for fresh food and he stated "yes". Make it to the 2nd window and waited maybe no more than a minute or 2 for my food. He hands me the bags and I drive off, trusting that my order was made as requested as I never had an issue at this location. Get home and the fries are cold. I requested them be fresh because I have a 10min drive home and wanted to make sure the fries are still hot. The nuggets are cold also. Normally, drive thru pulls me forward as they make the food fresh but not today. I've called the location at least 3x and nobody answered. So you're telling me I just spent over $30 at this location just to get home and be unsatisfied. The medium fries inside the box are the equivalent to a small, boxes aren't even completely filled. My large fry is the size of a small. Uploading pictures for reference but I need someone to either refund my coins or replace the food. And I'm not driving another 20min to pick up more food and get home when the order should have been right from the start. I'd appreciate if someone contact me regarding the issue as soon as possible.
