Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in North Dakota

Went here because I was given coupons in the past, because they could not fulfill their purpose as a Dairy Queen (seemingly a running theme). Lobby was closed, which, sure, that's alright - I'll go through the drive-thru. Got into the drive-thru, huge line, but sure, that's alright. Got to listen to the order taker repeat questions to every car every time, but everyone has off days, and the car might have been loud. Got to hear a side conversation through the head phones, which, happens to everyone. But after twenty minutes of waiting in the drive-thru to get to the actual ordering - I get told the kitchen's closed. No signage. No indication of when they close the kitchen. Absolutely nothing. So I then got to wait in the drive-thru for another twenty minutes just so I could get out. When finally unleashed, I went back around to check - and no, absolutely nothing regarding when their kitchen should be closed. No warning that their kitchen is closed today because of something...

Unfortunate review for our favorite dessert place. We have been to this store more than 10 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is something wrong with our order! I don’t understand, there are plenty of workers, we are usually the only customers but they get it wrong every time. They never put the chocolate core in my husbands Royal Chocolate Brownie Extreme which we pay extra for. Tonight I ordered a Frozen Hot Chocolate and they brought me a Frozen Hot Chocolate blizzard and then seemed really annoyed when I ask for what I ordered. They also didn’t put the core in my husbands blizzard, again. It is so frustrating, we don’t make complicated orders, we just want what we ordered made correctly. In my opinion some serious training needs to take place on how to make the requested product and on customer service. Ordered a couple cheeseburger meals and some chicken strips in the drive through there today. As soon as I pay they give me the pops and sundaes. Then I sit there and watch the sundaes melt for the next 15 minutes. Then they finally open the window to give me the rest of my food but one cheeseburger isn’t done yet. They have me pull ahead and I sit there another 15 minutes watching the sundaes melt and all the other food get cold. I finally gave up after waiting half an hour for one cheeseburger and bring all the food inside and get a refund. The young man was apologizing but the older lady working with him had a nasty tone in her voice and never apologized. Never going back!
