Unfortunately, I can’t give an accurate review on anything but the service, but I feel this important enough to say. I’d been driving for days in areas with no gluten free choices and was excited to get to FHS on Minot. I walked in and no one addressed me initially. Finally, a large woman behind the counter yelled “you know what you want”? Yes I do. She then yelled what can I get started for you? Soon, a young man comes to the register (finally) and I find myself explaining my order to them both with her yelling from behind the counter. I try to order a gf tuna salad and again, both of them, start firing questions. I explain that I’m celiac and almost accusatorily they both began to shout that it won’t be gluten free because of some ridiculous mayo they use here. I was flabbergasted. Not that a server was taking quietly at me at a register but because the woman kept yelling. I walked out and said something like I’ve never had a FHS treat me like that. They yelled a sarcastic have a nice day. I’m shocked. I’m a teacher and know how I should’ve been treated. They need to get rid of that...
Read moreI don’t normally rant like this. I’m a Regular. I never had a problem before but this last month I have received terrible customer service. My sister and I met up for a late lunch and with no line and one other person sitting my sister waited over 30 minutes for her sandwich. I had to go ask why she didn’t get it yet and they forgot about it. And just the other day I was waiting in line and I was next. The person behind to counter asked the people behind me what they wanted before me. I was so confused and asked can I order? She then said very rudely you came in on the phone I didn’t want to interrupt your call. Um…. I am waiting in line I’m literally right next to the register. So it’s not just one time. This has been like several times this kind of thing happened, pretty regularly now. Guess I’ll take my money...
Read moreFood was phenomenal. However the cashier was extremely rude. She didn’t speak to us, and when it was time to pay she just stared at my husband until he realized she wanted him to pay. She didn’t tell us the total. She literally just stared at us. I asked if she could put 2 drinks on the order because I saw the screen said one. She completely ignored me. We sat down to eat. She watched me eat the entire time. I got up to get my drink she watched me do that. I’m not sure why we were so much on the radar but that was the most uncomfortable I’ve felt in a restaurant.
