McDonald's — Restaurant in North East Township

Right now the lobby is closed and they won’t take walk up orders at the drive-through due to Covid, so I’ve gotta knock off a star right there for the inconvenience to some people. On the other hand, they will bring your food out to you if you pre-order it on the app, which is very helpful as long as you’re the type of person that wants to do that. As a matter of fact, if you are a truck driver, order on the app ahead of time and press the “place order“ button as you drive by the store. I use the app for convenience and this was the opposite of convenient. I have had a checkered past with this mcdonalds. I put a mobile order in & attempted to pick it up in the drive through with another person who was ordering on the app. His food was brought out & we sat there & waited for 10 minutes before I finally went in & asked where my order was. A worker then went & grabbed my already prepared bag, I felt the fries before walking out & they were cold. I asked the worker for fresher fries because the ones she had given me were clearly sitting there for 10 minutes and she did with no problem. My food was prepared well just wish I wouldn't have had such a problem...

Whom ever is working the cash register at window 1, at 1230 on Sunday June 24th, 2018.... Threatened to sue me to telling her not freak out. It was swamped, she was flustered, and I didn't mean anything by it, other than be calm. I wasn't angry. I wasn't demeaning. I wasn't disrespectful. It was all caught on my dashcam if you want the proof.
