Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in North East

Standing in line, waiting for my pizza on 5/4/18 at around 9 PM it was steady, with people coming in and out of the door waiting for their pizzas to be made, one guy ordered online and prepaid for his meal and still had to wait as long as I did, even though I was a walk in. In the back however, was a completely different story. Employees being rude to each other and even one making a girl cry. No one had any idea who's orders were for who, very unorganized to say the least, no communication between the employees was very evident, as they were yelling "WHO'S ORDER IS WHO'S BACK HERE" and the pizza maker also clearly screaming "I DO ALL THE WORK AROUND HERE & NO ONE HELPS ME" with curse words in between. The boss just standing around and watched it all happen. I would suggest getting pizza elsewhere from now on. Plus my hot & ready was mediocre at best. I did an online order for a pepperoni cheese bread. I got it and it had sauce all over it, which it has never come with sauce before and no butter and parm. You pay 7$ for a bread you'd think it would be made right. The “manager” had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. I asked him if they changed how they make the bread and he rudely expressed he didn’t know exactly what came on it?? Then proceeded to tell me if I want them to make a new one I’d have to pay? You messed up my bread which I had already paid for and told me I’d have to pay for another?? Makes no sense. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve never had this bad of an experience until these past few months. My orders are constantly wrong and the people here are plain rude!!! Whoever is the manager of this property should be fired immediately. The way she treats her staff is unacceptable in every way possible. Whoever owns this location needs to start paying more attention to who they hire. I have a strong feeling that if they don’t make a change soon this location won’t be open much longer. Ive never in my life seen staff so uncomfortable and sad in my life. Normally they are just mad that they have to work for low wages but man these people just flat out hate their manager...
