I tried going into the store to buy pre-wrap for my six month old puppy who just had orthopedic surgery done and canât be left alone. I went in holding this very small puppy in my arms and was told I had to take her out of the store. Then I was told it was CVS policy to not allow animals in because itâs a pharmacy. I looked up the policy and it is up to the discretion of the store manager and even after telling the shift lead my situation and that I would only be maybe two minutes, she gave no understanding or compassion to my situation and made me take my injured 6 month old puppy out of the store regardless.
