I am a regular and my past few orders have been terrible all around. But this last one set me over the top. I have family over and order a nice size order. He tells me 30/35 for pick up. I show up 45 min later and there is one worker on the phone taking orders. I patiently wait my turn to be waited on and he explains to me that he is the only one working that the manager will be in soon and that my food wasn’t even started yet and it should be about another 2530 minutes I have kids at home I did not expect to be gone that long when I just planned on running out grabbing food and going back home I finally get my order in my whole order is not even there I repeated my order numerous times on the phone and he repeated it back to me correctly but when I got my food it was not all there they had me pay full price for the items missing and didn’t even offer to give me any type of discount or anything for my future purchases due to the wait and misunderstanding on my order. the food was not fully cooked because they were so over packed with orders they were getting them out and not making sure the food was cooked all the way my chicken wings were rubbery my hoagie was not toasted nor was the steak tasting the way it should. I understand that things happen and when people call off that is out of anyone’s control but you cannot have five people standing there waiting for their food all being told that it wasn’t even started yet and that they have to wait while the person still taking phone orders waiting for the manager to come in and as the manager you should’ve shown your appreciation to the customers that were standing there patiently waiting over an hour from the time they got there for their food. I called the store and the manager apologized but really didn't seem like she cared. I then took the extra sauce that I paid for out of the bag with my sandwich. The lid wasn't put on and the sauce went everywhere. I called back again and asked the manager if I could please have a credit for the sauce and explained what happened. I didn't even get an apology. She told me that they're really busy and hung up on me. I am a regular customer but I will not be ordering from this place again. However we just ordered for the first time last week and the pizza showed up with missing toppings that we ordered so I called them and the gentleman said he would put a credit for another XL. No problem I thought, however when I called to order today there is only a $5 credit. The girl said she wasn't there so she isn't allowed to change the credit amount. We decided to not order, not going to spend another 35$ for a wrong order again. Sucks they didn't credit me as promised.
