Honestly, I usually make positive reviews on restaurants but today is a Bad and Demeaning experience! I went with my cousin, had an okay breakfast and split the bill in half. The server came back with only one card and my cousins card was missing. He then politely went to the register to ask. The waitress kept on saying “this is bizaareee, this is bizarre” showed us the paper and said “see it’s folded I had the card it in here “ we looked everywhere and the card is nowhere to be found! The waitress instead of questioning herself just kept on saying “ I know I put the card In there , this is bizaareee” PREJUDICE and RUDE!!! . My cousin kept his cool just said it’s okay I’ll just lock the card for now or cancel later. It should not have been a big deal but the fact that the waitress was simply rude! Thank goodness they have cameras and the man ? Owner said “ we’re going to find out now “ ! and sure enough of course it showed that the card never came back !! We left and I left his number if they ever found it! Turns out the waitress dropped it on the floor near the register !! Thankful for the very pleasant blonde lady who seems to be the only one helping! If not for her I would have lost my cool on...
Read moreThis is the second time going to breakfast nook and will be my last. The service needs organization and people should have enough time to finish their meal. And lastly, everyone should be treated equally.
I went in the morning and it wasn't busy like it normally is so there was no reason for the waitresses to hurry me out. I was attended by 3 different waitresses who had to re-ask me what I had ordered. Then, when my plate came out I noticed that they trenched my toast with so much butter (for those butter lovers this is your place) and I tried cleaning it off with napkins, but it got on the rest of my sides (eggs and potatoes)so I ate what I could. For those who order toast it is important to specify if you want butter or not because I was not asked it ruined my meal.
During the five minutes that my plate was out I was already approached with my check. I felt like I was being rushed out for the little that my plate had cost which was a total of $4.75. I ordered 2 eggs, a side of potatoes in which came with toast. It was not right because everyone else around me had been there before I even came in. However, this served as an experience and now I will take my service...
Read moreI have never reviewed a restaurant before but my experience here was so awful that I felt the need to warn others. The staff was extremely rude, short and I didn’t see one smile in the place. Infact everyone working seemed frantic and confused. The waitress passed judgement on my friend for how much food she ordered and another waitress spilled my friends drink on the table. There were finger prints in my friends toast. Our pancakes were so cold that the butter we spread on them didn’t melt. We were asked 15 times if we wanted coffee when we first got there were which got to the point of us feeling bombarded, then we weren’t asked again for the remainder of our stay. They handed us our bill half way through our meal and didn’t ask if we needed boxes or anything else. Then as we were getting up to leave they hovered around us as we were gathering our things with menus to sit other people. My friend just moved up the street and said that it was really invonvienent that this place was so bad because she would have come here all the time if it was even halfway decent. I’m a waitress and always leave 20 percent and I left 10 because they made me feel so...
