Grand Apizza North — Restaurant in North Haven

My experience was horrible. The waitresses were very rude and patronizing to young kids. The utensils were dirty, they tables were broken(I had to hold my table down with my foot to keep it from toppling over), and when I requested a new pitcher of water I was glared down by the waitress as if I was asking her to do my taxes. They were unbelievably rude. The chef who made the pizza cut the slices way to thin. So thin that about five of the slices would only equal 1 regular slice. The lady with the red hair was the worst of them all. We had a room booked until 7 and right at 7 she kicked us out by saying "it is after seven and you have been too loud all night, you need to leave." She had the audacity to come up to us and say don't you know better this is a restaurant, SHUT UP! I felt completely disrespected by her and the other waitress with the blonde hair. Overall horrible experience and shall never go back. I never went there in the first place, this was my first time, horrible experience never coming back ever. The lowest I can rate this is a 1 star and they don't even deserve this....

Placed a order on the phone for a large calzone told them that I was going to dine in got to the resturant and a sigh said to wait for the waitress to have you seated waited 2 minutes and asked waitress if I should wait or sit anywhere was told by the waitress to sit anywhere placed my Orders for drinks asked for 2 waters with lemon . got my drinks and water with out the lemons few minutes later got my Order it was the wrong food .i was served a pizza they took the order wrong next I had to get up from the table and get my own utensils. was not given to me by waitress . they were very busy chitchatting about personal stuff. The guy that works with the waitress was very busy as well siting and chitchatting with Orther customers in there booth.the pizza was nothing special it was basic it was not a very enjoying dinner for me...

My mother had been here in the past and liked it so she insisted we try it for dinner before a show Saturday May 6th just after 5 pm .Our party of 4 was seated and given menus by our server, we ordered and received our drinks then went to put in our appetizer order and were told by the server that dinners were not available Fridays and Saturdays…. Rant first …. We wasted 20 minutes in your restaurant and we had a we had a show to get to at 7:30! Please let your customers know, because I do not eat pizza or sandwiches and maybe print up a new set of menus with items that are available and update your website. We ended up going to Outback Steakhouse and thankfully were seated quickly, had a great meal and were able to just make it to our...
