Starbucks — Restaurant in North Kingstown

I've gotten drinks at more Starbucks locations than I would care to admit to, this is hands down the worst location I can remember. Locations in the middle of nowhere in Oklahoma where people can't even pronounce espresso properly got my drinks right more often than this place. I can't remember the last time this place had cold brew in stock, the last time they didn't mess up my drink, or the last time I didn't have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for an order. You order a latte of any kind and you get a cup of warm milk with a shot of over extracted espresso and some random amount of flavoring if you get it at all. There's no rhyme or reason to the way they put drinks out, it's a total free for all of unlabeled beverages that you have to play guessing games with, you've gotta open up food items to see if they're yours. Not to mention, allowing customers to go through all the food on the counter is a health code violation. I feel bad for the baristas that work here, it looks to me like theres no management or communication at all and everyone is left to fend for themselves. I've been coming here for 3 years and it's consistently gotten worse. The past couple of weeks there have been signs on the door saying that this location is experiencing long wait times, I've seen people wait 45 minutes for drinks before. On a long trip, I needed to stop and work for a couple of hours. I chose this store because of its higher rating but after ordering and receiving my drink I hadn't even sat down and a staff person came over and told me they were closing the Cafe at only 10:20am when the hours are 5:30a - 7:30pm. The whole reason I stopped and paid over $6 for a cup of coffee was so that I could sit and work. The staff person wouldn't give any explanation, only that they were closing the cafe and I needed to leave. I asked repeatedly for more information, and he kept repeating the same thing. The barista taking my order inside must have been new. I ordered a venti dirty chai latte with almond milk and two blonde shots with cinnamon powder. When I received it, the sticker said venti chai latte dry with cinnamon powder. However, when I brought it back up they remade it with the espresso no problem. My friend ordered a white hot chocolate with coconut milk and peppermint, and received a white hot chocolate with almond milk. It wasn't excessively busy, so I wish she would have asked if she wasn't sure how to enter something. The inside was a bit small, so I wouldn't go here for studying...
