The Westside Bistro is a lunchtime restaurant that helps to train students from the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas. Students are required to work here before graduating. It is a great way to get hands on experience as a host, cashier, server, busser, and cook. The food preparation is overseen by actual chefs. The buffet menu changes daily and is really very tasty. The Westside Bistro is a college community restaurant where they are learning to build experience in the restaurant. The food options are small although are done with care and well preparations, the Bacon(Unless chopped) doesn't come very crispy and is hard to chew sometimes. The salads are Amazing as well as the Chicken Noodle Soup. My favorite Dishes are the Blackened Salmon & Chicken & Waffles.

Westside Bistro is the perfect spot for lunch. Whether you dine in or get it to-go the service is friendly and quick. The food was delicious with decent portion sizes. I got the chicken pot pie and the biscuit was flaky and delicious with lots of filling. The side salad was also tasty with their house vinaigrette.
