First time here and it was pretty decent. It was quite loud inside, but that's to be expected with the learning environment. Service was a tad slow. Everyone was really friendly. I ordered the loaded sweet potato fries with a Bistro side salad. Temperature wise it seeemed like the fries had been sitting out but aside from that the flavor was really good. The salad was also very good. I would come back to try other things from the menu!

We went for the long shot and struck a major hidden gem in the Las Vegas area. Yes its a culinary school but it's sponsored and maintained by MGM resorts the food quality and the cuts of meat were exceptional and the price OMG all this food, 2 drinks and 2 desserts for around $42 the Salmon alone would be that much at some of these MGM properties

The Westside Bistro is a lunchtime restaurant that helps to train students from the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas. Students are required to work here before graduating. It is a great way to get hands on experience as a host, cashier, server, busser, and cook. The food preparation is overseen by actual chefs. The buffet menu changes daily and is really very tasty. I especially like the New York steak specials. The place is very affordable and helps fund a good cause. The Bistro is Vegas's best kept secret. Give it a shot it's worth it. Bon...

The Westside Bistro is a college community restaurant where they are learning to build experience in the restaurant. The food options are small although are done with care and well preparations, the Bacon(Unless chopped) doesn't come very crispy and is hard to chew sometimes. The salads are Amazing as well as the Chicken Noodle Soup. My favorite Dishes are the Blackened Salmon & Chicken & Waffles.

They Have The Best Lemonade Here As Well

If your looking for a place that's Cheap and has Quality food, you will love this spot

Westside Bistro is the perfect spot for lunch. Whether you dine in or get it to-go the service is friendly and quick. The food was delicious with decent portion sizes. I got the chicken pot pie and the biscuit was flaky and delicious with lots of filling. The side salad was also tasty with their house vinaigrette. It isn't loud or crowded so it is a relaxing environment. I highly recommend you supporting the Culinary Arts School and do yourself a favor by visiting...
