Bourbon Street Sports Bar — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

They lady Ruby is the rudest I’ve experienced in a long time, VERY unprofessional. We came to eat and have drinks. We were told she’d rather not cook when it’s busy uuuummm who’s problem is that???? Not to make it about race however my group and I watched her pick and choose who she wanted to deal with several people in line myself being one and when a group of Hispanic people walked up she left us there and we were next to go to the other side of the register to help them on more than one occasion. It’s not ok to deal with people according to their skin color. Overall I had a very unpleasant experience she missed out on a great tip. I’m a bartender myself so I get that it gets busy, however overwhelmed or not your level of professionalism should always be on point. Word of advice if you communicate with a better attitude your customers will be ok all they wanna know is you acknowledge them and they are treated fairly the wait is the least bit of the problem but attitude only causes ur customers to leave. I will not be back to this location my very first bourbon street experience was a total bust....

I come here very often when I get off work. There's an employee by the name of Michelle; always wearing the Dallas Cowboys jersey. Every time I visit when she is there my play and stay is ALWAYS extremely unpleasant. She never greats me or offer any beverages. Her attitude towards me is always unpleasant and uninviting. I've never done anything to this woman. I'm not a big player so I'm not a big tipper so I'm treated differently than those who chose to play big. I've worked in customer service for years, my net worth is over 3 million, I work cause I want to do when I leave work early cause I can, I like to visit Bourbon Street unwind. I'd rather give my business and money to another location. I WILL NOT visit this location again until...

I gave it 2 stars based on appearance and concept only. A star for each of those 2 things. Everything else was terrible. When you can’t get service in a place that was virtually empty, that’s not good. When you order food and everything you ordered they were out of, so you end up not eating anything, that’s not good. When you order a drink and the bartender disappears for at least a half hour or so, and the other bartender on the floor ignores you, that’s not good. If you come in to look at the cool stuff they have on the walls, you won’t be disappointed. If you come in to eat, drink, and have a good time, you may be in for some...
