I just had a terrible experience while at the drive thru with Remedy, a food prep. This is Wednesday, May 29th at 10 PM. There was a misunderstanding with my order and when the bag was initially handed to me it was completely not my order. Someone elses, despite me asking the latina girl if this was it as it seemed like it was missing food, to which she said "yes, its your order." The Hispanic girl told someone im the prep area "you gave me the wrong order" I was then handed the bag with what shouldve been the food I ordered, I placed it on my lap and started checking the bag to ensure I was handed the right order this time and one of the multiple cheeses in the bottom was open, not properly closed and it seeped through the bag and into my leg. It burned me nasty and Remedy had the audacity to pass and give me dirty looks because I'm letting the latina girl know I wasnt given the supreme tacos in order number 8 and that the cheese wasnt sealed and spreaded everywhere in the bottom of the bag burning me, I told her I would pay for the difference but I wanted the supreme tacos and the rest. Remedy, the black girl prepping was very rude, yelled multiple times, "I'm not giving her Supreme tacos because that's not what she paid for." When I clearly stated I would pay the difference, wasn't denying payment. I was asked to park in front of the store and waited like 15 minutes!!! Remedy brings my order finally all rude, doesn't say a word to me and walks away. On top of fooling around inside and messing up my order and not properly sealing the cheese, she gives me attitude and was yelling about it as if it was my mistake! The cheese burning me can be a liability issue and she was beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. I will also be calling corporate on this. I am not a person to get rude or ghetto when handed an incorrect order and still maintained a calm demeanor but me being with my children and having someone make me feel like if her mess up was my fault brought me here and now...
Read moreThis place has the wrost employees in Nevada. There is no one in drive thru, and NO one in store. I go up to the counter and wait for service. Some kids walks up to the cash register and ask it i am pick up? I replied no, just waiting to place an order. He then responded " you have to use the kios". I told him i rather no ans just place an order. Again , we are both now in front of a register. He insisted i use the kios because they want more orders from there. I told him i am not interested in using kios. This nwwhile time my order could have been taken and just should be just about completed at this time. Absolutely lazy kids who dont want to work and who dont want to provide customer service. You have a register for a reason and that is to take transaction. I vall corporate office to make a complaint and they couldnt believed this is what happened. Taco bell policy is NOT to force customer to kios but as an option to expedite service. We will take orders from customers in person at drive thru and inside. This is the problem now with these damn kids. Lazy, dont want to work, don't represent the company they are working for well at all. No one in any line, no order waiting to be made, and one employee on lunch. I suppose they dont know how to take orders now i 2025. I will never use this establishment and recommend other to take your money to places that want to...

But I am a mom of two and we went to taco bell, my oldest son lost his first tooth and was so excited. He wanted to go to taco bell too celebrate. While we were in the drive through he was just too excited. We pulled up to the window and a young woman by the name Keyerra was beyond amazing and so sweet. My son really wanted to tell her about his tooth but was too shy, so I had told her. She acted so excited and was just so friendly to our family . As a mother I was overly excited as well. But Keyerra; she was amazing in every way. The happiness she showed seems to be so genuine. It melted my heart . Her customer service and kind heart really impacted our visit. She had talked to him and asked him if he liked cinnamon rolls and gave him some. KEYERRA has a bubbly personality. She was the sweetest thing ever. This is what customer service should be like. I hope she reads this and feels happy within her self because she made my son so happy!!! I hope she gets resignation for this review.
