I’m from out of town. I placed an order for a future time. When I picked up my food, the food was wrong. They said they were busy and could offer me a credit or remake the food. I said remake the food bc a credit doesn’t help me. They said I had to wait, even though I should have been a priority, bc they had 5 other orders to make before they could remake my food. I waited bc I had no choice and when I got the food again, it was still wrong and looked worse than the first order they gave me!! I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me a refund and could only give me a credit that is good for 30 days. I told them that didn’t work for me, as I was not from the area, and that I wanted my money back. I asked for a manager and they said a manager would call me bc they weren’t available. No one has called me. I called back and the store manager is still unavailable and they said she is in a meeting and they can’t contact her for 8 hours. Read moreExtremely unfriendly and rude. Called in an order, she told me the time, I said perfect, then she immediately hung up the phone. No thank you or see you then. Felt like I was hung up on. When my bf had arrived to pick up the order they had asked twice if he was there for pickup or to place an order he said twice to pick up. They then told him twice one moment after not listening to his answer in the first place. He could see his name on the screen and that his order was ready but they decided whatever they were doing was more important than listening to a customer. Customer service is sorely lacking here. I understand being busy or having a bad day but a smile, a hello how are you today, a thank you we look forward to seeing you soon, goes a long way.
