Buffalo Wild Wings â 150 E. Centennial Parkway, Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV â Visit on July 29, 2025
âď¸ Review: 1 out of 5 stars
Our recent visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings location was not only disappointingâit was downright dangerous. On July 29, 2025, my 64-year-old mother-in-law nearly choked on a press-on fingernail that was floating in her glass of water. Yes, you read that right: a used, artificial fingernail was served in her drink.
When we immediately brought the situation to the staffâs attention, the response was disturbingly negligent. It took the manager 20 minutes to even come speak to us. When she finally arrived, she brushed off the severity of the incident and offered to comp just one item from our bill. She claimed an âinvestigationâ would be launched, but then contradicted herself by saying that âno one wears press-on nails,â which only worsened the matter. If thatâs true, then how did a fingernail end up in the drink? The only logical conclusion is gross negligence in sanitizing their drinkware, putting patrons at serious health risk.
A second manager, Becca, was more professional and showed genuine concern. She acknowledged the mishandling, apologized sincerely, and stated the entire bill should have been comped. She also provided coupons for a future visit and ensured that the meal, incorrectly prepared three separate timesâwas finally corrected.
Letâs be clear: this was not a minor mistake. Ingesting a foreign biological item, such as a used press-on fingernail, is a serious health hazard. Potential dangers include: ⢠Choking or airway obstruction, particularly in older adults ⢠Exposure to harmful bacteria or viruses, such as staphylococcus or streptococcus, if the nail had skin cells, adhesives, or biofilm ⢠Chemical ingestion from nail glue or adhesives ⢠Internal injury or infection if swallowed and not passed safely
This could have resulted in emergency medical intervention. Thankfully, my mother-in-law was able to cough it up, but the trauma and potential health consequences are unacceptable.
Buffalo Wild Wings needs to take immediate corrective action, including staff retraining, quality assurance checks, and sanitization protocol reviews. If theyâre not willing to ensure basic food and beverage safety, they should not be in business.
We will not be returningâand we strongly urge others to think twice before dining at...

Gaby was really nice when it came to just being chill. I give super credz (is that a word?) for her being attenuative. ( is that also a word?) a think its a tent a tive). ...... In any manner both barbacks were very courteous and made the night fun while watching the game! Wings came out alright too!!
Thank you staff for a very pleasant evening!
Recycle: My 3rd time here and it's the same. Poor attitude bartenders. They are not attentive and rude. Today I was gambling at one of 15 open machines. It was not busy at all. Only one other customer at the opposite end of the bar. I did not plan on ordering food. I just so happen to win a few dollars on the machine so I thought I would order from the menu.... well the lady bartender had to check to see if there were hamburger Patty's available because I wanted to order a cheeseburger. She gave me nasty look when she ask me if I wanted to see if the Patty's were available.. I said yes ma'am I would like a triple cheeseburger from the menu and some wings. When I ask if I the Patty's were made to order per customer (medium, well, etc.) She looked at me and grinned. In a condescending tone told me., "All of our burgers are made well done" . Rude the way she said it. I did nothing wrong to deserve attitude from your staff. This is not the first time. As i preface this is my 3rd visit here and its always the same treatment....Manager needs to coach team members on how to talk to customers.. I finally got my food and it is good however the service at this establishment needs much better training.
I'm gambling and I'm charged $2 for a bottle of water??? Why? I say again WHY? charge me for water đ§ đ đ¤ đ booo hooo 𦬠ILLEGAL
Cannot charge a customer for water!!!! Or anyone for that matter. I'm so confused đ
Bathrooms are out of supplies. No soap or toilet tissue.... I dont understand what is the hype around this establishment. I live in Florida 9 years next to Bdubs and it was the best đ ever. This place needs...
Read moreHeres the deal, we got there about 7, place wasnt to busy. The section we were sat in had almost no one. First problem was they had no free high chairs, which was fine i get it, it was clear some families with small children where there. I asked that we be brought one as soon as one opens up. Our baby doesnt know how to sit in a booster seat, not to meantion he almost slid out because no buckles. We order our drinks, and appetizer ( pickles with extra regular ranch, he even clarified and repeated back to us regular ranch, not the seasoned ranch) he brought my water but not the children drink. I figure my husbands would take longer because it was a mixed drink. He brings our appetizer with the wrong ranch and when i asked for the correct one he only brought one (same deal with the second order we made once our friend got to the restaurant). We order the food, the kids meal comes out quickly (thank Seinfeld). Its about 20 minutes later, second round of drinks, im only drinking water, i asked 3 times for a refill, and eventually went to the bar to get my own. My child is finishing his food, tables around us have filled up. Finally almost an hour later we ask once again where our food is, to which he says the kitchen is backed up, normally i would understand, but every one that had arrived after us had eaten, and were waiting to pay. We get our food, (which he did not deliver himself) missing an order a fries (it was clear he never put them in because they werent on the ticket) then brought fries that were stale and very clearly re heated in a microwave (you know that sad soggyness fries get from that). Thank you to the manager who took responsibility, apologized, and comped some of our food, you handled the situation very gracefully. Im not sure if they guy was new or just did not care about his job but the experience did make us want to never eat here again. Also to the bartender, the drinks...
