Jack in the Box — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I didn't even want to highlight 1 Star. This is by far the absolute worst "Jack in the Box" I've been to out of town. They are rude individuals with no customer service skills at all. My mom is elderly so she is very picky food. She barely wants anything. Finally, I go to "Jack and the Box" for lunch. To my surprise, Mom wants a taste. This was for me.😆🤣🤣🤣 I ended up sharing the whole meal with Mom. She enjoyed it!!! So every since I left Nevada, she's been going there. 3 times, she's been there only to receive Horrible Food and Service. Every time I called, they weren't Mangers available. Ask to speak to a shift leader since their was no manager. I spoke to Madison, who said she was the shift leader. She said she remembered doing my mom's food fresh. That's not true. So you asked for her name and number to receive a freshly cooked meal. So my brother takes Mom there for lunch. Madison, you made my mom pay for her meal on the account of her not bringing the meal back the day of. When I specifically informed you, she was elderly and very weak from rheumatoid arthritis, so she wouldn't be able to make it back that very day. I called repeatedly for 2 hours straight rotating from my phone and my husband's. I called Corporate on a Friday, not open. So, my question is for Corporate. Is this the type of establishment you're operating in? And are those the type of employees you're hiring??? Never again will I step foot at this location. As for my mother I'll try and find her somewhere else that would appreciate...

The food here was excellent. The service was fabulous. I loved that they brought the food to ur table instead of take down ur name. Mis spell it, so now they’re calling for Evan while ur food gets cold lol. Way more professional. My oldest had the popcorn chicken, she loved it. My middle had tiny tacos. She said they were spicy which trips me out cause she loves takis. But she also loved them. Hubby had the ultimate cheeseburger. I swear that burger got smaller. But still super delicious. I had an old school classic I made up. U guys gotta try it. It’s bomb. So regular chicken sandwich on sourdough bread w Swiss cheese and grilled onions. W A side of bbq sauce for dunkin. Then another great classic are the 2 regular tacos. But u have to get em w extra lettuce so much more filling, crunchier, juicier. Try those out. You will love them too. :) oh they were also super cool cause my husband couldn’t find his phone, when we called it one of the employees here answered and said he’d left it behind and that they’re storing it there for him til he arrives for it. This is one of the more conveniently located Jack in the Box restaurants in my neck of the woods. I usually only come here when there is a coupon or discount of some sort available since I rarely like paying full price for fast-food items especially here in the land of endless two-for-one offers (a.k.a. Las Vegas, Nevada).

A CVS Pharmacy is located right on the corner for your medicinal needs and a Smith's supermarket is right across the street. If you want to shop more efficiently and combine several stops on one trip, then this location is a good spot for doing so.

As far as the burgers and other sandwiches served here are concerned, I have never been disappointed with any of my to-go orders so far. Service is invariably very quick and I am usually out the door posthaste with all my expertly prepared and delectable goodies...
