Coming from California, finding out there's an L&L near me I was excited. I have raved numerous times of the different locations i have been to. This particular location i am not going to be scared off by, but I'm not actually that impressed with the flavor of the food either. Usually you can smell the teriyaki through the bag and it's so sweet and refreshing you enjoy leaving the windows down on the drive home. I didn't get that smell from this food. The shrimp was a bit dry and tasteless the chicken was decent and I know I've had better, but the steak and short ribs had a stale taste to them that for me wasn't the most appetizing. I personally love the L& L moccasins I've had in California just hoping it was just a bad day at this location. Great food comes from great tastes. Great tastes comes from great seasonings and attentiveness to the way its prepared. I will give this location whither try in the near future and pray the taste is much better in the next time around. I could have given less stars but I am hopeful things will change. Covid friendly experience they have a shield covering customers from the cashiers and cooks parking was limited but location was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis establishment has gone down a lot in the past year. The chicken Katsu exterior is soft and soggy now as though the meat was wrapped in wet paper towel . The chicken meat is fatty, used to be nice and crunchy with solid pieces of meat, now you get yesterday's trimmings . The burger is even worse. They use frozen patties that are the cheapest meat you can buy from Walmart and shrink, the meat is a 70/30 mix would be my guess, very bland with no real crust. They put lettuce and tomatoes on it cut by what I can only guess is a blind man using only his elbows to hold the knife, uneven and overly large cuts with still the heart of the tomato still attached. Would not recommend until they up their chef game and get a new one or retrain who is cooking now. We have had takeout and delivery multiple times over the last few months thinking it was the time of day, or the day itself being a busy Friday and each time we give them another chance excusing the prior issues and mistakes has now lead to many disappointments for lunch and dinner. Sad but I think this was my last time giving them a chance. You can get much better food at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood is usually good but customer service is terrible and communicating with these particular workers is exhausting(to put it lightly)Tried to call in order but the guy set the phone down after telling me something I couldnāt understand and had me listening to him just talking with his coworkers for 10min and then hung up on me. Called back and they refused to answer. Had to go in place my order and wait which is why I was calling in the first place and to find that they werenāt even busy! Your food can be the best food in town but if you have poor customer service it will turn me away from your business for good. Iām a busy individual so the 20min I spent waiting for my food couldāve been applied to accomplish something else, therefore setting me back in my day. The incompetences of your employees at this location should not cost me time out of my busy schedule especially when the food is overpriced. Aloha kitchen with be getting my business...
