Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

The workers here are always so nice but I hate their policy of doing a zig zag at the drive thru. If you’re there for 20+ minutes someone who just got there can and probably will be served first because of this policy. Don’t know how that’s necessarily fair because I shouldn’t be pushed back after already waiting for 20+ minutes. Y’all need to fix this it’s ridiculous and I hate that I’m even writing this but the other Dutch bros locations go in order of arrival … maybe have more people out here to actually pay attention on who’s getting here.

I chose the “shortest line” and still somehow managed to have my order taken after the person who got there way after me.

I got there at 8:26 AM, didn’t get my order taken until 8:54 AM, and didn’t get my order until 8:58 AM. Lol I can’t believe getting coffee at this location requires blocking off 30+ minutes off...

typically staff here is nice but not recently when my friend and i went for some coffee before work , we were in line waiting already for about 10-15 minutes when another car pulled up and the girl taking the orders when straight to them (which still wouldn’t follow the so called rule you guys have about order taking) , when i asked why we weren’t being taken first when we were waiting she spoke rudely to my friend and i and when asking about the tipping option we didn’t feel the need to she got more rude and then they decided to hand out everyone’s order including the ones behind us first when they all had big orders and once everyone had left they handed us our two simple drinks . i used to love coming to this location but not so...

Don't usually leave reviews and feel stupid for complaining about an issue when it comes to coffee, but I waited for nearly 30 minutes to even order. There were only two cars ahead of me, one of which was already at the window. I'm not sure if the employees knew the subjects in the car, but they were blasting music, and the employees were inside dancing. Eventually, an employee came out and took my order, but he looked annoyed and wasn't very friendly. Iv been to numerous other locations and haven't had any issues like this. Unfortunately, this isn't the first incident iv had at this specific location.
